Schedule 6 slices of bread on the grill. Bake 6 slices bacon until almost crisp. Mix 3 tablespoons of yogurt with 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, 3 small finely chopped garlic cloves and parsley into a garlic sauce. Cut 1 smoked chicken breast into slices. Siege 3 slices of bread each with mixed lettuce and 2 slices bacon. Divide the smoked chicken breast on the bread slices. Add to taste some garlic sauce on. Then place a slice of bread on it. Enjoy!

Bake 4 pita breads according to pack instructions. Let the pita bread to cool slightly. Cut 1 chicken breast into cubes. Sprinkle with curry powder, cumin powder, a little ginger and a little salt. Meanwhile, fry 1 chopped onion until the onion is soft. Add the diced chicken and fry the chicken brown. Add 1 jar green beans (drained). Heat through thoroughly. Meanwhile, make the garlic sauce. Mix 2 tablespoons low-fat yogurt with 2 tablespoons mayonnaise and 1 crushed or finely chopped garlic clove. Top the pita with some lettuce and pickle slices. Siege with the chicken and green beans. Ingredients: 60 ml yogurt, 2 tablespoons mild curry paste, 2 chicken breasts, 4 tablespoons corn, 1 tomato, 1 onion, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, lettuce, 6 tortilla wraps,

Mix 60 ml yogurt with 2 tablespoons mild curry paste. Cut 2 chicken breasts into cubes and mix it with the yogurt mixture. Let the chicken marinate at least 4 hours in a closed bowl in the refrigerator. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees (grill mode). Put the chicken in an ovenproof dish. Put the ovenproof dish about 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Meanwhile, mix 4 tablespoons corn with 1 diced tomato (deseeded), 1 sliced onion and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. Mix the chicken through the corn mixture. Heat the tortilla wraps according pack instructions. Siege the wraps with lettuce and then with the chicken mixture. Fold the wraps as an envelope and serve. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the naan bread in the oven for 6 minutes or according pack instructions. Mix 300 grams minced beef with 1/2 grated onion, 1 1/2 tablespoon mild curry paste and coriander to taste. Make four burgers of it. Grill the burgers in the grill pan or between an electric grill until done. Meanwhile, mix 150 ml yoghurt with 3 sliced spring onions, 1 diced tomato (seeds removed) and coriander. Serve the curry burgers with naan breads, lettuce and yogurt sauce. Enjoy!
Ingredients: 175 grams light brown sugar, 3 eggs, 150 grams yoghurt, 3 bananas, 150 grams butterscotch chocolate, 175 grams flour, baking soda, salt,
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Mix 175 grams light brown sugar with 3 eggs until it is frothy. Mix 150 grams yoghurt with 3 mashed bananas and 150 grams chopped butterscotch chocolate. Fold this mixture into the sugar mixture. Add 175 gram flour and some baking soda and a pinch of salt to the sugar-mixture. Fold it carefully. Grease a cake tin with butter and line with greaseproof paper. Pour the batter into the cake, then place the cake tin for about 60 to 80 minutes in the preheated oven. Prick with a skewer or toothpick into the cake to see if the cake is cooked. Let the banana butterscotch cool in the cake tin. Enjoy!
Make a marinade with the following ingredients: 75ml plain yoghurt, 2 finely chopped garlic cloves, 1/2 tablespoon ginger powder, 1/2 tablespoon ground coriander, 1/2 tablespoon ground turmeric, 1/2 tablespoon ground cumin, 1/2 tablespoon coriander, 1/2 tablespoon chilli powder and some salt. Stir well and stir in 2 diced chicken breast. Leave to marinate for at least 15 minutes, but better is to leave it to marinate overnight in the fridge. Cook in hot oil 1 finely chopped red onion until soft. Add 2 diced tomatoes and 1 tablespoon tomato puree. Heat for 1 minute. Add the chicken with the marinade and a splash of water. Pour in 75ml cream and then let it simmer for about 15 minutes. Add 150g spinach and just heat it well. Serve the balti with rice. Enjoy!
