
Marinate 200 grams diced steak in a marinade of 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup, 1 teaspoon sambal, 1 teaspoon ginger powder and 1 teaspoon brown sugar. Let this marinate for an hour or 2 covered in the refrigerator. Boil the rice as you are used to in boiling water and drain. Cook hot oil 1 finely chopped onion. Put the marinated steak in it and bake it brown. Then add 1 yellow pepper and 250 grams sliced mushrooms. If the mushrooms are ready add the rice and stirr wel. Heat a bit more and your ready. Enjoy!

Pasta with Beef

Cook the pasta according pack instructions al dente. Cook in hot oil 1 chopped onion with some thyme to taste. When the onion is soft add 300g diced beef and cook until the beef is brown. Add 1 diced yellow pepper, 1 can diced tomatoes, a splash of water and 2 beef stock cubes. Bring shortly to boil. Cover the lid, lower the heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes. Then stir in the pasta and serve. Maybe scatter some grated cheese over it. Enjoy!
Shoarma Noodles Dish

Cook the noodles according pack instructions. Fry in a hot wok, without oil, 300g shoarma, until the shoarma is ready. Add 1 chopped onion and 1 yellow and 1 green pepper (sliced). Stir fry for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile make a sauce with 250ml cream and 250ml creme fraiche, season it and add paprika powder to taste. Drain the noodles and add it with the shoarma. Put it in an oven dish and pour over the creme fraiche mixture. Place the oven dish in a preheated oven at 175C (fan) for about 15 minutes. Enjoy!
Ratatouille Cake


This is a cake for dinner. Fry in hot oil 1 chopped onion, 1/2 diced red pepper, 1/2 diced yellow pepper and 1 diced courgette. Stirfry for about 2 minutes, lower the heat and add 1 bay leave and 2 twigs thyme. Cover the lid and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile make a batter with the following ingredients: 50 ml oil, 50 ml white wine, 100g selfraising flour, 3 eggs, salt, 1 tablespoon paprika powder and 150g grated cheese. Make it a smooth batter. Then take the bay leave and thyme twigs out of the ratatouille and stir the ratatouille into the batter. Spoon the batter in a caketin and bake it in a preheated oven at 150C (fan) for about 45 minutes. Let it cool a little and make nice slices of the cake. Enjoy!
