Sprinkle 2 pork escalopes with kebab spices and salt. Cook the pork escalope strips brown in hot oil. Add 2 chopped onions and stir fry until the onions are soft. Add a chopped red, yellow and green pepper. Stir fry until the peppers are soft. Heat the tortilla wraps according pack instructions in the microwave. Brush the wraps with garlic sauce. Cover with lettuce leaves and cucumber slices . Spoon the shoarma on. Fold the tortilla. Enjoy!

Cook the tagliatelle in boiling salted water. Fry in hot oil 1 chopped onion until it is tender. Add 1 green and 1 yellow bell pepper sliced, and fry over high heat for about a minute. Add the 3 sliced peppers and stir-fry a minutes or 5. Then add 1 drained can of marrowfat peas, 2 diced tomatoes, 1 tin tomato puree and 250 ml broth. Bring to a boil and let simmer for about 15 minutes. Serve with rice. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 250 grams minced beef, 1 red onion, salt, pepper, 1 garlic clove, 1 egg, 1 onion, grated cheese, 1 red pepper, 1 yellow pepper, 4 tablespoons tomato ketchup, 2 tablespoons chilli sauce, dash of worcestershire sauce,

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Put in food processor 1 red onion and 1 garlic clove and turn on the food processor. Mix the red onion and garlic with the minced beef and 1 egg and make 2 large or 4 small balls. Make in the meatballs a hole and fill with grated cheese and fold over the minced beef. Place the meatballs in an ovenproof dish and place the baking dish about 1 1/2 hours in the oven. Meanwhile bake 1 chopped onion until it is tender. Add 1 sliced red and yellow peppers. Bake the peppers over low heat until it is tender. Add 4 tablespoons tomato ketchup and 2 tablespoons chilli sauce. Season with worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Serve the meatballs with mashed potatoes and peppers. Enjoy!
