Chop 2 steaks of fine quality with a knife (not in the food processor). Mix 1 farm-fresh egg yolk with 3 chopped gherkins, 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley, 1/2 tablespoon chopped capers, 1/4 finely chopped onion, 1/2 tablespoon tomato ketchup, 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon mustard and a few drops of tabasco. Bring to taste with salt and pepper. Mix it with the chopped steak and turn it into 2 ‘burgers’. Let the steak tartare set in the refrigerator. Serve the steak tartare with a salad and potatoes. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut 2 pita breads in half. Bake 150 grams sliced mushrooms until the mushrooms are tender. Make a marinade of 4 tablespoons tomato ketchup, 1 tablespoon honey, 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce, few drops tabasco sauce, 2 teaspoons mustard, 1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed. Cut 2 chicken breasts into cubes and marinate it in the marinade. Let the chicken marinate at least 2 hours, preferably longer. Thread the chicken on skewers. Grill the chicken skewers on the bbq. Enjoy!

Cook the pasta al dente in boiling water with some salt. Bake in hot oil 150 grams diced ham with 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped garlic clove and 4 sun-dried tomatoes until the onion is soft. Serve with pasta. Add grated cheese on your plate and tomato ketchup to taste. Enjoy!

Ingredients: noodles, 1 onion, 300 grams beef, 150 grams snow peas, 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, 400 ml broth, 4 tablespoons tomato ketchup, 4 tablespoons chilli sauce, 4 spring onions,

Cook the noodles according pack instructions. Fry in hot oil 1 chopped onion and stir fry until the onion is soft. Add 300 grams thinly sliced beef and stir-fry until it is brown. Add 150 grams snow peas and stir-fry briefly. Add 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar and 400 ml broth. Allow to boil for 5 minutes. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Add 4 tablespoons tomato ketchup, 4 tablespoons chilli sauce and 4 sliced spring onions and stir well. Serve with the noodles. Enjoy!

Make a marinade with garlic, oil, sweet soy sauce and tomato ketchup. Marinate 2 diced chicken breasts in it. Allow the chicken to marinate at least 12 hours. Wrap some chicken breast dices with smoked bacon and thread it over and over with pieces of red pepper and sliced red onion on a satay stick. Also make chicken kebabs skewers with left over cubes chicken breast (without the bacon), pepper and onion. Grill the chicken on the grill. Serve with fried rice or noodles, and also serve with peanut sauce. Enjoy!
