Spaghetti with Chicken, Mushrooms and Carrots

Spaghetti with Chicken, Mushrooms and Carrots
Ingredients: spaghetti, 250 grams diced bacon, 1 chicken breast, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, thyme, 1 small tin of carrots, 200 grams mushrooms, dash of red wine, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 tin tomato puree, 1 stock cube

Number of persons: 4

Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water. Bake 250 grams diced bacon crisp in a hot frying pan. Remove the bacon from the pan and keep aside. Bake in the remaining fat 1 chopped onion, 1 finely chopped garlic clove and some thyme until the onion is soft. Add 1 drained tin of carrots and 200 grams sliced mushrooms. Stir-fry until the mushrooms have softened. Add a splash of red wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Add 1 can diced tomatoes and 1 tin of tomato puree. Crumble a stock cube above. Bring the sauce to the boil and add the bacon cubes. Warm well. Serve with spaghetti and grated cheese. Enjoy!

Braised Pork Chops

Braised Pork Chops
Ingredients: 2 pork chops, salt, pepper, 2 onions, 2 garlic cloves, thyme, 100 ml white wine 300 ml beef stock, 2 slices gingerbread,

Number of persons: 2

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees (fan). Season 2 pork chops with salt and pepper. Bake the pork chops brown on both sides. Remove the pork chops from the pan and keep aside. Bake in the remaining butter 2 sliced onion with 2 finely chopped garlic cloves and some thyme until the onions have softened. Add 100 ml white wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Add 300 ml beef stock and bring briefly to boil. Crumble 2 slices gingerbread over it and just stir through. Put the pork chops back to the pan, put the lid on the pan and put the casserole about 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Serve with potato slices and green beans. Enjoy!

Savory Pie with Leek and Mushrooms
Ingredients: 6 puff pastry sheets, 1 leek, 1 garlic clove, thyme, 250 grams mushrooms, 150 grams diced ham, kebab spices, 3 eggs, 125 ml cream, salt, pepper, grated cheese,

Number of persons: 3

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Thaw 6 puff pastry sheets. Fry 1 sliced leek with 1 finely chopped garlic clove, thyme and 150 grams diced ham about 2 minutes. Add 250 grams mushrooms and season with the kebab spices. Stir fry until the mushrooms have softened. Beat 3 eggs in a bowl with 125 ml cream. Season with salt pepper. Put in a small greased ovenproof dishes each a puff pastry sheet. Spoon the mushroom mixture in and then pour the egg mixture in. Sprinkle with grated cheese as the last. Place the ovenproof dishes about 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Enjoy!

Spaghetti with Green Beans and Chorizo
Ingredients: spaghetti, salt, 1 onion, thyme, 100 grams chicken breast, 50 grams chorizo, 300 grams beans, 1 grilled pepper, 1 tablespoon flour, 500 ml chicken stock,

Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente. Fry in hot oil 1 chopped onion with some thyme until the onion is soft. Add 100 grams diced chicken breast and 50 grams of chopped chorizo, bake the chicken breast brown. Add 300 grams beans and 1 diced grilled pepper and stir-fry briefly. Add 1 tablespoon flour and fry briefly. Then pour 500 ml chicken stock and let it simmer on medium heat 10 minutes. Serve with spaghetti. Enjoy!

Chicken Breast with Tagliatelle and Tomato Sauce
Ingredients: tagliatelle, 2 chicken breasts, salt, pepper, chicken spices, onion powder, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, thyme, 75 ml red wine, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 cube chicken stock, chives, grated cheese,

Number of persons: 2

Cook the tagliatelle in boiling salted water until al dente. Make 2 chicken breasts flat with a rolling pin. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, onion powder and chicken spices. Bake the chicken breasts to brown on both sides in hot butter. Remove the chicken breasts from the pan and keep aside. Bake in the remaining butter 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and some thyme until the onion is soft. Extinguish with 75 ml of red wine. Let the alcohol evaporate. Add 1 can diced tomatoes with 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 crumbled chicken stock cube and chives. Stir and bring just to boil. Put the chicken back in pan and sprinkle grated cheese over the chicken. Put the lid on the pan and leave it 10 minutes on low heat until done. Serve the chicken with tagliatelle and tomato sauce. Enjoy!

Pie with Peppers, Peanut Butter and Peanuts
Ingredients: 250 grams minced beef, thyme, chilli powder, 1 red pepper, 1 green pepper, 1 leek, 3 eggs, 4 tablespoons cream, salt, pepper, 125 grams peanut butter, 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce, fresh puff pastry, 75 grams peanuts,

Number of persons: 4

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake in hot butter 250 grams minced beef until it is brown. Add thyme and chilli powder to taste and fry briefly. Add 1 diced red pepper, 1 diced green pepper and 1 sliced leek and stir-fry about 3 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, beat 3 eggs with 4 tablespoons cream, salt and pepper. Add 125 grams of peanut butter and 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce and stir the mixture well. Fill greased springform with the fresh puff pastry. Prick holes in the soil. Fill the springform with the minced mixture. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the minced mixture and straighten it. Sprinkle 75 grams peanuts over the pie. Put the savory pie about 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Enjoy!

Lasagna with Cauliflower

Lasagne with Cauliflower
Ingredients: 250 grams diced bacon, 3 garlic cloves, thyme, 300 grams minced beef, 1/2 cauliflower, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 can diced tomatoes, 50 grams butter, 50 grams flour, 500 ml milk, 75 grams grated cheese, nutmeg, salt, pepper, lasagna sheets,

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake 250 grams diced bacon to crispy and scoop it from the pan. Fry in clean oil 3 finely chopped garlic cloves with thyme until it has a fragrance. Add 300 grams minced beef and fry it loose. Meanwhile put in a food processor 1/2 blanched cauliflower, 1 carrot and 1 onion. Turn the machine just so that al is fine. Add the vegetable mixture to the minced beef and cook briefly. Then add 1 can diced tomatoes and the crispy diced bacon. Season to taste with salt. Let it simmer and meanwhile make the cheese sauce. Melt 50 grams butter. Add 50 grams flour and fry briefly. Then gradually add 500 ml milk. Remove it from the heat and stir in 65 grams grated cheese. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Put in a baking dish a layer of vegetable mixture, then a layer of lasagna sheets, another layer of vegetable mixture, a layer of cheese sauce, lasagna sheets again, vegetable mixture and finally a layer of cheese sauce. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese over it. Place the baking dish about 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Enjoy!
