Rocky Roads

Ingredients: 175 grams biscuits, 75 grams marshmallows, 500 grams milk chocolate, 200 grams butter, 4 tablespoons syrup,
Crumble 175 grams biscuits finely (cookie crumbs and some larger pieces). Place in a bowl and add 75 grams marshmallows (cut slightly smaller). Mix well with the biscuit crumbs. Melt au bain-marie 500 grams milk chocolate, 200 grams butter and 4 tablespoons syrup. Keep stirring during melting. When the chocolate has melted, stir 2/3 of the melted chocolate over the biscuit crumbs and marshmallow mixture. Stir with a spatula the chocolate around the cookie crumbs and marshmallows. Spoon the mixture into a brownie tin with baking paper held. Pour the last bit of melted chocolate over the top and try to get a bit smoother. Allow the chocolate to cool. Cover the brownie tin with foil and put it for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator or rather longer. Enjoy!
Wraps with Minced Beef, Corn and Syrup

Ingredients: 1 onion, 300 grams minced beef, 1 red pepper, 300 grams corn (canned), 1 can tomato puree, 2 tablespoons syrup, chili powder, salt, pepper, 6 tortilla wraps,

Bake 1 chopped onion until the onion is soft. Add 300 grams minced beef and fry it brown and loose. Add 1 diced red pepper. Bake for 5 minutes. Then add 1 can corn. Heat through about 10 minutes. Add 1 can tomato puree and 2 tablespoons syrup. Season with chili powder, salt and pepper. Heat through thoroughly. Preheat 6 tortilla wraps in the microwave according pack directions. Fill the wraps with minced beef, corn mixture, fold like an envelope and close it with a toothpick. Enjoy!

French Toast with Banana and Chocolate

Beat 3 eggs with 8 grams vanilla sugar, 1 tablespoon milk, 1 tablespoon maple syrup and cinnamon. Cut 1 banana and chop 75 grams dark chocolate. Mix the banana and chocolate together. Take 4 slices bread through the egg mixture. Spread on 2 slices bread banana and chocolate. Put the other 2 slices bread on top. Put the toast between the sandwich maker for about 3 minutes. Serve with icing sugar. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 300 grams minced pork, 2 onions, 1 egg yolk, 2 tablespoons parsley, 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, butter, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 200 ml fond, 3 tablespoons of Liège syrup, 2 tablespoons raisins 2 tablespoons cornflour,

Preheat the oven to 90 degrees. Mix 300 grams minced pork with 1/2 finely chopped onion, 1 egg yolk, 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley, 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Make 3 meatballs of it. Place the meatballs in an ovenproof dish. Place the ovenproof dish about 1 1/2 hours in the preheated oven. Put the last 8 minutes of baking time the oven at 140 degrees so the meatballs are brown well.
For the Liege sauce bake 1 1/2 finely cut onion in hot butter. When the onion is glassy, add 2 tablespoons vinegar again. Bake briefly while stirring. Add 200 ml fond, 3 tablespoons of Liège syrup and 2 tablespoons raisins. Simmer for about a minute or 10. Bind the sauce with 2 tablespoons cornflour . Serve the meatballs with the sauce Liège, Flemish fries and a mixed salad. Enjoy!

Put the oven the last 8 minutes at 140 degrees so the meatballs are brown.
Sauce Liegioise
For the Liegioise sauce you bake 1 finely chopped onion in hot butter. When the onion has softened, add 2 tablespoons vinegar. Bake all a few minutes while stirring. Add 200 ml fond, 3 tablespoons syrup (preferably Liège syrup) and 2 tablespoons raisins. Let it simmer for about a minute or 10. Bind the sauce with 2 tablespoons cornflour (with a little water).
Curly Kale:
Boil 1 kilo potatoes in water with salt until cooked. Heat 450 grams curly kale with a knob of butter in a separate pot. If the potatoes are cooked mash all together. When it remains dry add a dash of milk. Enjoy!
