Ingredients: noodles, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, ginger powder, 200 grams snow peas, 250 grams bean sprouts, 3 tablespoons light soy sauce, 3 tablespoons oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon sugar, 3 spring onions, fried onions,

Number of persons: 3

Cook the noodles according pack instructions. Bake 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and ginger powder in oil with a teaspoon of sesame oil until the onion is soft. Add 200 grams snow peas and stir-fry 4 minutes. Add 250 grams bean sprouts and stir fry 2 more minutes. Add 3 tablespoons light soy sauce, 3 tablespoons oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon vinegar and 1 teaspoon sugar. Stir well. Stir at last 3 sliced spring onions in. Serve the snow peas with noodles. Sprinkle some fried onions over it if you like. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 200 grams sugar, 100 grams butter, 3 eggs, 200 grams flour, 1 sachet vanilla sugar, dulce de leche, 9 pearl flowers

Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Mix 200 grams sugar with 100 grams butter. Add 3 eggs and mix on high speed until foamy whole. Add 100 grams flour, 1 sachet vanilla sugar and mix on low speed until a batter. Put in a muffin form 9 paper cupcakes. Fill each cupcake with 2/3th part of the batter. Put the muffin form approximately 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Let the cupcakes cool and then top with dulce de leche. Decorate each cupcake with a pearl flower. Enjoy!

Cook the spaghetti in boiling water with some salt. Bake in hot oil 1 finely chopped garlic clove until it has an fragrance. Add 1 can diced tomatoes and season to taste with pepper, 1 teaspoon sugar, oregano and thyme. Let simmer on low heat. Add 250 grams halved cherry tomatoes and reheat briefly. Serve the spaghetti with the tomato sauce. Put on your plate some fresh chopped basil and croutons. Enjoy!

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake in hot butter 2 chopped red onions and 1 chopped garlic clove until the onion is soft. Add 100 grams pearl onions, 2 crumbled cubes chicken stock and 1 tablespoon sugar. Let the sugar caramelise. Put in a baking dish 3 sliced chicken breasts and spoon the onion mixture through. Place the baking dish about 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Spoon 4 sliced spring onions to the chicken when it is just from the oven. We had a salad and potato chips with it. Enjoy!

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees (hot air). Cook the farfalle until al dente in boiling water with some salt. Bake 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and some thyme. Stir fry until the onion is soft. Add 500 ml sieved tomatoes and 1 tablespoon sugar. Bring to the boil. Spoon the sauce in two small ramekins. Remove the stem from two portobello and put them in the sauce. Siege the portobello’s with pieces of mozzarella. Sprinkle with dried Italian herbs. Place the small ramekins approximately 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Serve with farfalle. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 200 grams dark chocolate 175 grams butter, 325 grams sugar, 3 eggs, 130 grams flour, 1 sachet of orange sugar (or vanilla sugar)

Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Grease a brownie-baking tin with butter and line with baking paper. Melt 200 grams dark chocolate with 175 grams butter au bain marie. Meanwhile, mix 325 grams sugar with 3 eggs until frothy. Fold gently 130 grams flour, 1 sachet of orange sugar (or vanilla sugar) and chocolate-butter mixture. Put the batter into the brownie-baking tin. Put the baking tin about 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Let the brownie cool well before you cut it into pieces. Sprinkle with a little icing sugar to decorate. Enjoy!
