Strawberry Surprise
Ingredients: 250 ml cream, vanilla, chocolate cake, strawberries, chocolate balls,

Beat 250 ml cream with some vanilla sugar lobed. Divide into 3 dessert glasses a slice of chocolate cake. Then add a layer of whipped cream in the glass, a layer with 2 chopped strawberries. Then a layer of whipped cream, chocolate cake layer and a layer of chopped strawberries. Finish with a layer of whipped cream. Decorate with small chocolate balls. Put the glasses in the fridge to cool. Enjoy!

White Chocolate Muffins with Strawberry Topping

White Chocolate Muffins with Strawberry Topping
Ingredients: 230 grams butter, 230 grams sugar, 4 eggs, 230 grams of flour, pinch salt, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 tablespoon strawberry syrup, 100 grams white chocolate,

Number of Cupcakes: 15

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Mix 230 grams butter with 230 grams sugar. Add gradually 4 eggs and mix until fluffy. Add 230 grams of flour, a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon baking powder. Mix until you have a good batter. Melt ‘au bain marie’ 100 grams of white chocolate. Stir the melted white chocolate with 1 tablespoon strawberry syrup to the batter. Put the paper cupcakes in a shape and fill with 2/3 with of the batter. Place the muffin form about 40 minutes in the preheated oven. Let the muffins cool well before you make the topping.

Topping
Ingredients: 240 grams soft cheese, 25 grams soft butter, 300 grams icing sugar, 1 sachet vanilla sugar, 3 tablespoons finely chopped strawberries,

Mix carefully 240 grams soft cheese, 25 grams soft butter, 300 grams icing sugar, 1 sachet vanilla sugar and 3 tablespoons finely chopped strawberries. Then mix with a mixer until smooth.

Spread the strawberry topping on each white chocolate muffin. Enjoy!

Strawberry Cupcakes

Strawberry Cupcakes
Mix 250g butter with 250g sugar until you have a good mixture. Gradually add 4 eggs and mix until you have a smooth mixture. Add 250g selfraising flour and 1 tablespoon lemon juice and mix until you have smooth batter. Then gently spoon in the strawberries, I used a 400ml can strawberries on syrup drained. Put in a iron muffin tin the paper cupcakes and put the batter in it. Place the tin in a preheated oven at 160C (fan) for about 45 minutes. Let the strawberry cupcakes cool before eating them! Enjoy!

Chocolate Strawberries

Chocolate Strawberries
It’s a very simple snack or dessert. Wash 250g strawberries. Melt 100g plain chocolate au-bain marie. Dip the strawberries into the chocolate and place them on a dish en let the chocolate cool down. But if you cant resist, you can eat the chocolate strawberries just after dipping them into the warm chocolate.
