Bake 2 sliced red onion with 2 finely chopped garlic cloves and thyme until the onion is soft. Add 1 (drained) can carrots, 1 can diced tomatoes and 1 crumbled stock cube. Leave for about 10 minutes on low heat. Meanwhile, fry 2 Viennese cutles on both sides brown. Blend the sauce. Serve the Vienesse cutles with tomato sauce and grated cheese. Enjoy!

Cook the macaroni al dente in boiling salted water. Fry in hot oil 1 chopped onion with 1 teaspoon chilli jam until the onion is soft. Add 200 grams minced beef and fry until browned. Add 1 red pepper and cook 3 minutes. Then add 200 grams of mixed mushrooms and fry them until soft. Add 1 can diced tomatoes with 1 tablespoon light soy sauce and 1 crumbled stock cube. Bring to the boil and then simmer 10 minutes. Serve with the macaroni. Enjoy!
