Pizza with Minced Beef, Spinach and Ricotta
Ingredients: 150 grams minced beef, 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 200 grams spinach, salt, pepper, ready-made pizza dough with tomato sauce, 250 grams ricotta, dried Italian herbs,

Number of persons: 3

Cook 150 grams minced beef loose and loose brown. Add 1 chopped onion with 2 finely chopped garlic cloves and fry them until the onion is soft. Add 200 grams frozen spinach and let it warm well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Allow to cool. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Put the pizza dough on the baking sheet and spread the dough with the tomato sauce from the pack. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Roll out the ready-made pizza dough on the baking sheet and spread the tomato sauce over it. Divide 100 grams thawed spinach over it and then sliced artichoke hearts. Divide the mozzarella over the pizza and sprinkle grated cheese over it. Put the pizza about 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Enjoy!

Noodles with Chicken Breast and Spinach

Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Fry in hot oil 1/4 finely chopped chilli pepper, 1 chopped shallot and ginger powder until it has a fragrance. Add 1 diced chicken breast and 100 grams of cashew nuts and fry the chicken breast brown. Then add 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 50 ml orange juice and 1 tablespoon honey and stir through here. Add 300 grams spinach and 3 sliced spring onions and let the spinach shrink. Season with salt. Serve with noodles. Enjoy!

Canelloni with Spinach, Tomato and Chees Sauce

Canelloni with Spinach, Tomato and Chees Sauce
Ingredients: 2 onions, 2 garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon chilli jam, 2 tomatoes, rosemary, dash of red wine, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 tin tomato puree, 1 bay leaf, 300 grams spinach, 500 grams minced beef, 50 ml cream, 150 grams grated cheese, 2 eggs, salt, pepper, 50 grams butter, 50 grams flour, 500 ml milk, fresh lasagna sheets,

Number of persons: 3

Tomato Sauce: Bake 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and 1 teaspoon chilli jam until the onion is soft. Add 2 peeled and diced tomatoes and some rosemary and cook briefly. Add a dash of red wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Then add 1 can diced tomatoes and 1 tin tomato puree. Bring shortly to boil, then reduce the heat, add a bay leaf and let it simmer for about half an hour. Remove the bay leaf.

Cannelloni Filling: Fry in hot oil 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove until the onion is soft. Add gradually 300 grams spinach and let it shrink. Spoon the spinach from the pan and cut it fine. Put new oil in the pan and fry 500 grams minced beef until brown. Pour any excess fat from the pan. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in 50 ml cream, 50 grams grated cheese, 2 eggs and the spinach. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.

Cheese Sauce: Melt 50 grams butter. Add 50 grams flour and fry briefly. Gradually add 500 ml of milk. When the sauce has the desired thickness you remove the pan from the heat. Stir in 100 grams grated cheese through. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Put the tomato sauce in a baking dish. Spoon the spinach mixture on the lasagne sheets and make a roll of each lasagne sheet. Place the lasagna rolls in tomato sauce. Pour the cheese sauce over the cannelloni so everything is covered. Place the baking dish about 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Enjoy!

Cook the fusilli in boiling water until al dente. Fry 2 chopped red onions gently in about 10 minutes to soft. Add 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar and 25 grams of raisins and stir briefly. Add gradually 300 grams spinach and let it shrink. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drain the fusilli and stir through the spinach and serve. Enjoy!

Spinach Pie

Ingredients: 1 onion, 600 grams spinach, 4 eggs, 250 ml cream, 100 grams grated cheese, salt, pepper, fresh puff pastry, 100 grams raw ham,

Number of persons: 4

Bake 1 chopped onion on medium heat until the onion has softened. Scoop it from the pan. Stir fry gradually 600 grams spinach until it has shrunk. Pour it off and let it cool with the onion. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Meanwhile, mix 4 eggs with 250 ml cream, 100 grams grated cheese, salt and pepper. Line a baking dish with fresh puff pastry and prick holes in the soil. Cover with a layer of pieces raw ham, then some spinach mixture, again raw ham, spinach mixture and raw ham again. Pour the egg mixture over it. Sprinkle with some extra grated cheese . Turn the baking dish approximately 45 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove the spinach quiche out of the shape and serve. Enjoy!

Ingredients: tagliatelle, salt, 1 onion, 1 tin artichoke hearts, 1 roasted pepper , 300 grams spinach, grated cheese,

Boil the Tagliatelle in boiling water with a little salt al dente. Bake in hot oil 1 chopped onion to soft. Add the artichoke hearts cut into four pieces and 1 sliced roasted pepper and stir briefly. Add gradually 300 grams spinach and let it shrink. Bring to taste with salt. Allow 5 minutes on low heat to warm well. Serve with tagliatelle and sprinkle grated cheese over it. Enjoy!
