Marinated Pork Fillets

Ingredients: 1 can tomato puree, 1 teaspoon chilli jam, 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, onion powder, 1 stock cube, celery, 2 slices pork fillet,

Number of persons: 2

Make a marinade of 1 can tomato puree, 1 teaspoon chilli jam, 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and onion powder to taste. Crumble a stock cube over and add celery to your taste. Place the pork fillet in the marinade. Let the pork fillets marinate at least 2 hours. Grill the pork fillets on both sides. Serve with potato chips and a salad. Enjoy!

Rice with Oxheart Cabbage and Minced Beef
Ingredients: rice, 1 onion, 1 teaspoon chilli jam, 200 grams minced beef, 1 dash of Worcestershire sauce, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 300 grams oxheart cabbage,

Number of persons: 2

Cook the rice following pack instructions. Bake 1 chopped onion with 1 teaspoon chilli jam in hot oil untilthe onion is tender. Add 200 grams minced beef and fry it loose and brown. Season with a dash of Worcestershire sauce and 3 tablespoons soy sauce. Add 300 grams sliced oxheart cabbage and stir-fry until the cabbage is soft. Serve the cabbage with the rice. Enjoy!

Chicken Satay

Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts, 2 garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon chilli jam, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, pepper, 50 ml white wine, 4 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon fish sauce,

Cut 2 chicken breasts into cubes. Make a marinade of 2 finely chopped garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon chilli jam, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, pepper, 50 ml white wine, 4 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon fish sauce. Marinate the chicken cubes in it for at least 4 hours. Bake the marinated chicken brown in hot oil, add the remaining marinade while baking. We had noodles with the chicken satay. Enjoy!

Sweet & Sour Noodles

Sweet & Sour Noodles
Ingredients: noodles, 60 ml soy sauce, 80 ml sweet chilli sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, 2 1/2 tablespoon vinegar, 1 pork escalope, 2 garlic cloves, 1 onion, ginger powder, 1 red pepper, coriander,

Cook the noodles according to the directions on the package. Make a marinade with 60 ml soy sauce, 80 ml sweet chilli sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, 2 1/2 tablespoon vinegar. Marinate 1 thinly sliced pork escalope in it. Heat oil in wok and fry the pork escalope to brown, keep the marinade aside. Remove the pork escalope from the pan. Fry in clean oil 2 finely chopped garlic cloves, 1 chopped onion and ginger powder. Stir fry until the onion is soft. Add 1 thinly sliced red pepper and stir-fry 2 minutes along. Add the pork escalope, noodles and marinade and stir fry a minute or 2. Stir in coriander at last. Enjoy!

Noodles with Chicken Breast and Spinach
Ingredients: noodles, 1/4 chilli pepper, 1 shallot, ginger powder, 1 chicken breast, 100 grams cashew nuts, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 50 ml orange juice, 1 tablespoon honey, 300 grams spinach, 3 spring onions, salt,

Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Fry in hot oil 1/4 finely chopped chilli pepper, 1 chopped shallot and ginger powder until it has a fragrance. Add 1 diced chicken breast and 100 grams of cashew nuts and fry the chicken breast brown. Then add 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 50 ml orange juice and 1 tablespoon honey and stir through here. Add 300 grams spinach and 3 sliced spring onions and let the spinach shrink. Season with salt. Serve with noodles. Enjoy!

Rice with Minced Beef and Red Pepper
Ingredients: rice, 1 onion, 250 grams minced beef, chilli powder, 1 red pepper, 1 garlic clove, 175 ml chicken stock, 2 teaspoons cornstarch, 1 tablespoon water, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, basil,

Cook the rice according pack instructions. Fry in hot oil 1 sliced onion until it is brown. Add 250 grams minced beef with chilli powder to taste and fry the minced beef brown and loose. Then add 1 thinly sliced red pepper and 1 minced garlic clove. Stir-fry 5 minutes along. Then add 175 ml chicken stock and bring it to the boil and let it thicken to half. Stir 2 teaspoons cornstarch with 1 tablespoon water to a paste. Stir the cornstarch-paste with 2 tablespoons soy sauce and bind the sauce. At last add some basil to it. Serve with the rice. Enjoy!

Ingredients: noodles, 2 tablespoons black bean sauce, 1 tablespoon white wine, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, ginger powder, 1 garlic clove, 400 grams sliced beef, 1 onion, 200 grams snow peas, sesame oil,

Prepare the noodles according to directions on the package. Mix 2 tablespoons black bean sauce, 1 tablespoon white wine, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, ginger powder and 1 garlic clove smooth. Fry in hot oil 400 grams beef stripes brown. Scoop it from the pan and briefly fry the black bean mixture until it has a fragrance. Put the beef strips back to the pan along with 1 chopped onion and 200 grams sliced snow peas. Stir-fry 2 minutes. Season to taste with some sesame oil. Serve with noodles. Enjoy!
