Ingredients: noodles, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, ginger powder, 200 grams snow peas, 250 grams bean sprouts, 3 tablespoons light soy sauce, 3 tablespoons oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon sugar, 3 spring onions, fried onions,

Number of persons: 3

Cook the noodles according pack instructions. Bake 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and ginger powder in oil with a teaspoon of sesame oil until the onion is soft. Add 200 grams snow peas and stir-fry 4 minutes. Add 250 grams bean sprouts and stir fry 2 more minutes. Add 3 tablespoons light soy sauce, 3 tablespoons oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon vinegar and 1 teaspoon sugar. Stir well. Stir at last 3 sliced spring onions in. Serve the snow peas with noodles. Sprinkle some fried onions over it if you like. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 3 tablespoons soy sauce, ginger powder, 1/2 tablespoon honey, Chinese five spice powder, 1 teaspoon chilli jam, 1 chicken breast, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 125 grams bean sprouts, lettuce leaves, 1/2 cucumber, 4 tortilla wraps,

Make a marinade with 3 tablespoons soy sauce, ginger powder, 1 2 tablespoon honey, some Chinese five-spice powder and 1 teaspoon chilli jam. Marinate 1 diced chicken breast and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. Bake 1 chopped onion until soft. Add the chicken and fry brown. Add 1 diced carrot and cook 3 minutes. Finally, add 125 grams bean sprouts and stir fry briefly. Heat 4 tortilla wraps according pack instructions. Siege the wraps with lettuce leaves and cucumber slices. Spoon the chicken mixture on it and fold and close the wraps like an envelope. Enjoy!

Cook the rice according pack instructions. Make a marinade of 3 tablespoons soy sauce and 1 finely chopped garlic clove. Marinate 2 sliced pork escalopes in it. Leave the pork escalopes at least half an hour to marinate. Fry the pork escalopes strips to brown. Add 1 chopped onion and fry until soft. Then add 1 sliced red pepper and 1 grated carrot. Stir fry about 5 minutes. Add 200 grams shredded oxheart cabbage and stir fry until the oxheart cabbage is soft. Add a dash of chilli sauce and crumble a stock cube above. Add 125 grams bean sprouts and heat the whole thing briefly. Serve with rice. Enjoy!

Cut 1 chicken breast into cubes. Mix 2 tablespoons soy sauce and 1 tablespoon sesame oil, ginger powder and 1 chopped garlic clove. Marinate the chicken cubes. Let it marinate overnight. Cook the noodles according topack instructions. Cook the chicken cubes brown in hot oil with 1 tablespoon sesame oil. Add three sliced spring onions and 150 grams sliced carrots and stir-fry briefly. Make a sauce of 3 tablespoons chili sauce, 1 tablespoon vinegar and 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil. Mix the noodles and sauce with the chicken and serve. Enjoy!

Mix 500 grams minced beef with 1 egg, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon chilli jam, 2 tablespoons chilli sauce, ginger, nutmeg, onion powder, salt, breadcrumbs and parsley. Make 6 rolls of it. Wrap each roll with 2 slices bacon. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the Asian meatballs around brown in hot butter. Place the Asian meatballs in an ovenproof dish and place the ovenproof dish about 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Serve with steamed rice and cabbage. Enjoy!

Bake 2 diced chicken breasts golden brown in hot oil. Spoon the chicken from the pan. Bake in the remaining oil 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove until the onion is translucent. Add 2 tablespoons Patak’s mild curry paste and fry briefly. Add 1 can diced tomatoes, 250 ml coconut milk and 2 tablespoons soy sauce. Bring to the boil. Add the chicken cubes back into the pan and let it simmer for 15 minutes on medium heat. Serve the chicken curry with naan bread. Enjoy!
