Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut 3 chicken breasts open and spread with a thick layer of soft cheese with garlic and herbs. Fold the chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper. Wrap each chicken breast with 3 slices raw ham. Cover the chicken breasts with beaten egg and then with a mixture of grated mature cheese and breadcrumbs. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Sprinkle some extra grated cheese over the chicken breasts. Place the baking dish about 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Serve with a salad and fries. Enjoy!

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Melt 50 grams butter. Add 50 grams of flour when the butter has melt. Cook the flour briefly. Gradually add 500 ml chicken stock. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in 100 grams soft cheese garlic & herbs and 150 grams cooked chicken. Spoon the chicken mixture into 4 puff pastry cases. Place the puff pastry cases about 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Serve with peas. Enjoy!

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (fan). Carefully loosen the skin of 4 chicken thighs, spread under the skin soft cheese with garlic & herbs. Put the chicken thighs in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with salt, pepper and chicken spices. Put with the chicken thighs in the ovenproof dish 450 grams potatoes. Cut 2 tomatoes into wedges, sprinkle a little sugar over it and put it also in the ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with some thyme, and drizzle a little oil. Place the ovenproof dish about 45 minutes in the preheated oven. Enjoy!

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Mix 230 grams butter with 230 grams sugar. Add gradually 4 eggs and mix until fluffy. Add 230 grams of flour, a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon baking powder. Mix until you have a good batter. Melt ‘au bain marie’ 100 grams of white chocolate. Stir the melted white chocolate with 1 tablespoon strawberry syrup to the batter. Put the paper cupcakes in a shape and fill with 2/3 with of the batter. Place the muffin form about 40 minutes in the preheated oven. Let the muffins cool well before you make the topping.

Ingredients: 240 grams soft cheese, 25 grams soft butter, 300 grams icing sugar, 1 sachet vanilla sugar, 3 tablespoons finely chopped strawberries,

Mix carefully 240 grams soft cheese, 25 grams soft butter, 300 grams icing sugar, 1 sachet vanilla sugar and 3 tablespoons finely chopped strawberries. Then mix with a mixer until smooth.

Spread the strawberry topping on each white chocolate muffin. Enjoy!

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Mix 3 eggs with 225 grams sugar and 1 sachet vanilla sugar until fluffy. Add 50 grams of melted butter and 125 ml sour cream and mix well. Add 200 grams flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, a pinch of salt and 4 tablespoons cocoa powder and mix. Melt ‘au bain marie’ 100 grams of dark chocolate and scoop the melted chocolate through the batter. Put in a muffin form paper cupcakes. Fill them with about 2/3 of the herd. Place the muffin form about 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Let the cupcakes cool well!
