Noodles with Chicken, Snow Peas and Mushrooms

Ingredients: 1 onion, 1 chicken breast, 1/2 carrot, 250 grams mushrooms, 200 grams snow peas, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, a dash of balsamic vinegar, noodles,

Bake 1 chopped onion until the onion is soft. Add 1 diced chicken breast until the chicken breast is browned. Add 1/2 thinly sliced carrots and cook them until the carrot is soft. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms and 200 grams snow peas. Stir fry until the mushrooms are tender. Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce and a dash of balsamic vinegar. Stir well and cook for 5 minutes to warm through. Cook the noodles in 2 minutes in boiling water until tender. Serve the noodles with chicken breast and vegetables. Enjoy!
Noodles with Snow Peas, Shiitake & Beef

Ingredients: noodles, 250 grams beef strips, 3 spring onions, 200 grams snow peas, 100 grams shiitake, 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce, 1 tablespoon chili sauce, Chinese five spice powder

Cook the noodles until tender according to the instructions on the package. Bake 250 grams sliced beef brown. Add 3 chopped spring onions, 250 gram sliced snow peas and 100 grams sliced shiitake. Bake a few minutes. Add 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce, 1 tablespoon chili sauce and a little Chinese five spice powder. Stir well and heat the sauce briefly. Serve with noodles. Enjoy!
Rice with Pork Escalope and Snow Peas in Coconut Sauce

Ingredients: rice, 2 pork escalopes, 1 onion, 100 gram snow peas, 3 spring onions, 1 small can carrots, 100 gram shiitakes, 250 ml coconut milk, 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce, 1 stock cube,

Cook the rice following pack instructions. Cook 2 sliced pork escalopes with 1 chopped onion until the onion is soft. Add 100 grams snow peas and 3 sliced spring onions and cook briefly. Add 1 can of carrots (drained), 100 grams sliced shiitake mushrooms and fry until the shiitakes are soft. Add 250 ml coconut milk with 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce and 1 crumbled stock cube. Bring to the boil and then simmer for about 5 minutes. Serve with the rice. Enjoy!
Rice with Chicken, Snow Peas and Banana

Ingredients: rice, 100 grams snow peas, 1 chicken breast, 1 onion, 3 spring onions, 125 grams mushrooms, 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sesame oil, 100 ml water, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 1 cube chicken stock, 2 bananas,

Cook the rice according pack instructions. Cook 100 grams snow peas until al dente, drain and keep aside. Fry in hot oil 1 diced chicken breast until browned. Add 1 chopped onion and 3 chopped spring onions. Bake until the onion is soft. Add 125 grams sliced mushrooms and cook until the mushrooms are soft. Meanwhile, make a sauce with 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sesame oil, 100 ml water and 1 tablespoon cornstarch. Add the snow peas to the chicken and add the sauce with 1 chicken stock cube and 2 sliced bananas. Heat through thoroughly. Serve with rice. Enjoy!
Noodles with Snow Peas

Ingredients: noodles, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, ginger powder, 200 grams snow peas, 250 grams bean sprouts, 3 tablespoons light soy sauce, 3 tablespoons oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon sugar, 3 spring onions, fried onions,

Cook the noodles according pack instructions. Bake 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and ginger powder in oil with a teaspoon of sesame oil until the onion is soft. Add 200 grams snow peas and stir-fry 4 minutes. Add 250 grams bean sprouts and stir fry 2 more minutes. Add 3 tablespoons light soy sauce, 3 tablespoons oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon vinegar and 1 teaspoon sugar. Stir well. Stir at last 3 sliced spring onions in. Serve the snow peas with noodles. Sprinkle some fried onions over it if you like. Enjoy!
Rice with Snow Peas, Beef and Curry Sauce

Ingredients: rice, 1 1/2 tablespoon Patak’s mild curry paste, 2 beef cutlets, 1 onion, ginger powder, 150 grams snow peas, 250 ml coconut milk, 1 dash lemon juice, 4 spring onions,

Cook the rice according pack instructions. Heat oil in a wok. Fry short 1 1/2 tablespoon Patak’s mild curry paste. Add 2 sliced beef cutlets and fry the meat brown. Spoon the beef cutlets strips from the pan and keep aside. Bake 1 chopped onion in the remaining fat with a little ginger until the onion is translucent. Add 150 grams snow peas and stir-fry 4 minutes along. Add 250 ml coconut milk with a dash of lemon juice. Bring to the boil. Add 4 sliced spring onions and let it simmer for 10 minutes on low heat. Add the meat to last and warm well. Serve with rice. Enjoy!
