Rice with Chicken Breast and Mushroom in Thai Sauce

Ingredients: rice, 1 onion, 50 grams Thai yellow curry paste, 1 chicken breast, 100 grams shiitakes, 250 grams mushrooms, 400 ml coconut milk,

Cook the rice according pack instructions. Bake 1 chopped onion with 50 grams Thai yellow curry paste until the onion is soft. Add 1 diced chicken breast and cook the chicken breast brown. Add 100 grams sliced mushrooms and 250 grams sliced mushrooms. Bake until the mushrooms are soft. Add 400 ml coconut milk. Let it simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes so the sauce thickens. Serve with rice. Enjoy!
Noodles with Snow Peas, Shiitake & Beef

Ingredients: noodles, 250 grams beef strips, 3 spring onions, 200 grams snow peas, 100 grams shiitake, 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce, 1 tablespoon chili sauce, Chinese five spice powder

Cook the noodles until tender according to the instructions on the package. Bake 250 grams sliced beef brown. Add 3 chopped spring onions, 250 gram sliced snow peas and 100 grams sliced shiitake. Bake a few minutes. Add 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce, 1 tablespoon chili sauce and a little Chinese five spice powder. Stir well and heat the sauce briefly. Serve with noodles. Enjoy!
Pork Escalope with Sugar Snaps Shiitake and Carrots

Ingredients: 2 pork escalopes, 100 grams sugar snaps, 3 spring onions, 100 grams shiitake, 1 small can of carrots, 250 ml stock, 50 ml cream, 1 tablespoon potato starch,

Cut 2 pork escalopes into strips. Fry the pork escalope strips brown in hot oil. Add 100 grams halved in lenght sugar snaps and cook a few minutes. Then add 3 sliced spring onions and 100 grams sliced shiitake and cook it until the shiitakes soft. Then add 1 drained can of carrots and 250 ml stock. Leave to simmer for 10 minutes. Add 50 ml cream and 1 tablespoon potato starch and stir until the sauce binds. Enjoy!
Chicken Hollandaise

Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts, poultry seasoning, salt, 250 grams mushrooms, 150 grams of shiitake mushrooms, 3 spring onions, 100 ml cream, 1 jar Maille Hollandaise sauce, grated cheese,

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (normal oven). Cut 2 chicken breasts into cubes and sprinkle with poultry seasoning and salt. Cook the diced chicken breast golden brown in hot butter. Spoon the chicken from the pan. Bake in the remaining butter 250 grams sliced mushrooms, 150 grams sliced shiitake mushrooms and 3 sliced spring onions until the mushrooms are wilted. Add 100 ml cream and a jar of Hollandaise sauce. Bring to the boil. Put the chicken back in pan. Stir well. Remove the pan from the heat and sprinkle with grated cheese. Place the pan about 20 minutes in the preheated oven. We have eaten it with potatoes. Enjoy!
Noodles with Beef and Snow Peas

Ingredients: noodles, 300 grams beef stripes, 1 garlic clove, 4 spring onions, 200 grams snow peas, 150 grams shiitake, 125 grams beansprouts, 200 ml broth, 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce, coriander,

Cook the noodles according pack instructions. Fry in hot oil 300 grams beef stripes brown. Scoop it from the pan. Bake in the remaining fat 1 finely chopped garlic clove and 4 sliced spring onions. Bake them until the garlic has a fragrance. Add 200 grams snow peas cut lengthwise, 150 sliced grams shiitakes and 125 grams beansprouts. Stir fry about a minutes or 2. Add 200 ml broth, 1 tablespoon fish sauce and 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce and bring the sauce to the boil. Put the beef stripes back into the pan and warm well. Sprinkle some fresh coriander over it. Serve with noodles. Enjoy!
Lasagne with Zucchini and Shiitake

Ingredients: 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, thyme, 250 grams minced beef, 1 zucchini, 150 grams shiitakes, 250 grams roma tomatoes, 1 tin diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, 40 grams butter, 40 grams flour, 450 ml stock, 200 grams grated cheese, lasagne sheets

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake in hot butter 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and thyme until the onion is soft. Add 250 grams of minced beef and fry it brown. Add 1 diced zucchini and 150 grams sliced cut shiitakes. Stir fry a few minutes. Then add 250 grams of diced roma tomatoes and 1 tin diced tomatoes. Bring to taste with salt and pepper. Let it all simmer on low heat and meanwhile make the cheese sauce. Melt 40 grams butter. Add 40 grams flour and fry briefly. Then add gradually 450 ml stock (or as much until you have desired thickness) again. Remove the sauce from the heat and stir 200 grams of grated mature cheese. Put in an ovenproof dish layers of the vegetable mixture, lasagne sheets, vegetable mixture, half the cheese sauce, lasagne sheets, vegetable mixture and finally the rest of the cheese sauce. Put the dish about 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Enjoy!
