Spread with cottage cheese and then the bacon and shallots. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Put the baking sheet about 20 minutes in the oven. Enjoy!

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Fry 2 finely chopped shallots and 2 finely chopped garlic cloves in hot butter until the shallots are softened. Place in a greased ovenproof dish a layer of potato slices, put on this thin slices of tomato, mozzarella chunks and pieces of ham. Cover with a layer of the shallots. Season potatoes with herbs. Cover with potato slices again and again tomato, mozzarella, ham and shallots. Finish with a layer of potato slices. Sprinkle potatoes with a little more potato seasoning. Put the ovenproof dish about 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Enjoy!

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Sprinkle 4 pork chops with salt and pepper. Bake the pork chops brown on both sides. Remove the pork chops from the pan. Bake in the remaining fat 250 grams diced bacon with 3 chopped shallots and 2 finely chopped garlic cloves for about 5 minutes. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms, 1 drained jar carrots and chopped parsley. Let the mushrooms soften. Put the pork chops back into the pan and place the pan with the lid about 20 minutes in the preheated oven (the pan must be oven-proof). We ate potatoes with it. Enjoy!

Boil 1 sliced zucchini cut about 20 minutes in unsalted water. Pour it off and let it cool down. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the zucchini with 200 grams ricotta, 1 garlic clove, salt, pepper, parsley and chives (to taste) in a food processor and turn the machine on for a few seconds. Then make the tomato sauce. Cook 2 finely chopped 2 shallots with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and thyme until the shallots are soft. Add a dash of red wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Add 500 ml sieved tomatoes. Let it simmer gently for about 5 minutes. Put in an ovenproof dish a layer of tomato sauce, lasagne sheets, zucchini mixture, lasagne sheets and zucchini mixture and pour over with the tomato sauce. Sprinkle some pieces of mozzarella over it. Place the ovenproof dish about 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 4 tablespoons light brown sugar, 2 tablespoons grated coconut, 8 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 500 grams roast beef,

Mix 4 tablespoons light brown sugar, 2 tablespoons grated coconut and 8 tablespoons sweet soy sauce well together. Cut 500 grams roast beef into cubes and marinate a couple hours in the marinade. Then bake the Javanese satay on a grill or in a wok brown. Pour the remaining marinade over the satay while baking.

Javanese Satay Sauce
Ingredients: 2 shallots, 8 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, dash of lemon juice,

Cut 2 shallots very fine (easy in the food processor). Stir 8 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, a dash of lemon juice and shallots and mix well and serve with the Javanese satay.

Babi Pangang
Ingredients: 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 3 garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon ginger syrup, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 2 tablespoons oil, 1 teaspoon chilli jam, 1 kilo pork fillets,

Mix 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 3 garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon ginger syrup, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 2 tablespoons oil and 1 teaspoon chilli jam well. Cut 1 kilo pork fillets in cubes and marinate a few hours in the marinade. Bake the marinated pork fillet cubes in a hot wok around brown. Serve with the Babi Pangang sauce and Atjar Tjampoer.

Babi Pangang Saus
Ingredients: 200 ml tomato ketchup, 1 dash of sweet chilli sauce, 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar, 4 tablespoons ginger syrup, 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 1 tablespoon light brown sugar, pepper,

Mix 200 ml tomato ketchup, 1 dash of sweet chilli sauce, 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar, 4 tablespoons ginger syrup, 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 1 tablespoon light brown sugar and pepper to taste together. Heat the sauce on low heat. Mix the sauce with the Babi Pangang meat.

With it we had ‘nasi goreng’ and ‘bami goreng’.
