Noodles with Chicken and Pickled Cucumber

Ingredients: noodles, 2 chicken breast, 1 red pepper, 75 ml chili sauce, 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup, 125 grams bean sprouts, 4 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 3 tablespoons vinegar, 1 tablespoon ginger syrup, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 cucumber,

Prepare the noodles according pack instructions. Fry 2 diced chicken breasts brown in hot butter. Add 1 sliced red pepper. Bake for 5 minutes. Add 125 grams bean sprouts, 75 ml chili sauce and 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup. Heat through for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, make the pickled cucumber. Mix 4 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 3 tablespoons vinegar, 1 tablespoon ginger syrup and 1 teaspoon sesame oil. Cut 1 cucumber into thin slices. Mix the cucumber into the sauce. Stir the noodles with the chicken and peppers. Stir-fry briefly. Serve the noodles with pickled cucumber. Enjoy!
Rice with Chicken, Snow Peas and Banana

Ingredients: rice, 100 grams snow peas, 1 chicken breast, 1 onion, 3 spring onions, 125 grams mushrooms, 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sesame oil, 100 ml water, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 1 cube chicken stock, 2 bananas,

Cook the rice according pack instructions. Cook 100 grams snow peas until al dente, drain and keep aside. Fry in hot oil 1 diced chicken breast until browned. Add 1 chopped onion and 3 chopped spring onions. Bake until the onion is soft. Add 125 grams sliced mushrooms and cook until the mushrooms are soft. Meanwhile, make a sauce with 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sesame oil, 100 ml water and 1 tablespoon cornstarch. Add the snow peas to the chicken and add the sauce with 1 chicken stock cube and 2 sliced bananas. Heat through thoroughly. Serve with rice. Enjoy!
Noodles with Snow Peas

Ingredients: noodles, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, ginger powder, 200 grams snow peas, 250 grams bean sprouts, 3 tablespoons light soy sauce, 3 tablespoons oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon sugar, 3 spring onions, fried onions,

Cook the noodles according pack instructions. Bake 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and ginger powder in oil with a teaspoon of sesame oil until the onion is soft. Add 200 grams snow peas and stir-fry 4 minutes. Add 250 grams bean sprouts and stir fry 2 more minutes. Add 3 tablespoons light soy sauce, 3 tablespoons oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon vinegar and 1 teaspoon sugar. Stir well. Stir at last 3 sliced spring onions in. Serve the snow peas with noodles. Sprinkle some fried onions over it if you like. Enjoy!

Cut 1 chicken breast into cubes. Mix 2 tablespoons soy sauce and 1 tablespoon sesame oil, ginger powder and 1 chopped garlic clove. Marinate the chicken cubes. Let it marinate overnight. Cook the noodles according topack instructions. Cook the chicken cubes brown in hot oil with 1 tablespoon sesame oil. Add three sliced spring onions and 150 grams sliced carrots and stir-fry briefly. Cook the noodles according pack instructions. Sprinkle 1 diced chicken breast with salt, pepper and Chinese five spice. Cook the diced chicken breast in hot oil brown. Scoop the diced chicken breast from the pan. Put 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil in the pan and fry 2 finely chopped garlic cloves with 1 tablespoon chilli jam until the garlic smell. Add 1 sliced red pepper and cook a minute or 5. Meanwhile, make sauce with 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce, 1 tablespoon honey and 1 tablespoon brown sugar. Put the diced chicken back in the pan and add 4 sliced spring onions. Stir in the noodles and the sauce as well. Warm well. Enjoy!

Make a sauce with 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce, 3 tablespoons white wine 1 tablespoon brown sugar. Bake the beef brown in hot oil. Add 2 teaspoons chilli jam and sesame seeds. Fry briefly.
