Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put in an oven proof dish 4 sausages, 2 sliced red onions and 2 chopped garlic cloves. Turn the oven proof dish about 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove the dish from the oven and add 250 grams roma tomatoes and basil. Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar and place the oven proof dish another 15 minutes in the oven or until the sausages are cooked. Peel 600 potatoes and cut them into equal pieces. Boil the potatoes in 30 minutes until cooked in boiling water with salt. Mash the potatoes with a little chicken stock and cream to a puree.
Bangers and Onion Gravy:
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Bake 2 sausages around brown in hot butter. Remove the sausages from the pan, put them in an ovenproof dish and place the ovenproof dish about 20 minutes in the oven, so the sausages are cooked. Bake in the remaining fat 2 sliced in rings red onion with 1 finely minced garlic clove and thyme until the red onions have softened. Add 1 tablespoon flour and cook a minute or two. Add 100 ml of red wine and reduce by half. Pour gradually about 400 ml chicken stock to the desired thickness is obtained. Add 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar. Heat all a few minutes.

Grease a cake tin with butter and put the sausage meat into the cake tin. Place the cake tin approximately 60 minutes in the preheated oven. Boil the rice according pack instructions. Bake in hot oil 2 sliced sausages brown. When the sausages are brown remove it from the pan and keep aside. Bake in the remaining fat 1 finely chopped onion, 1 finely chopped garlic clove and 1 teaspoon chilli jam until the onion is soft. Add 300 grams sliced carrots and 1 sliced yellow pepper and stir fry a minute or 5. Add 1 tin diced tomatoes, 200 grams peas, thyme and 100 ml of water. Bring all to boil, put the sausages into the pan and then let it simmer 10 minutes on medium heat. Bring to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with rice. Enjoy!

Bake in a hot wok 5 chopped shallots until they are tender. Add 3 sliced spicy sausages and 50 grams slices chorizo. Stir until the sausages are brown. Add 250 grams sliced chestnut mushrooms. Bring to taste with salt and pepper and stir until the mushrooms have softened. Let it cool completely. Meanwhile preheat the oven at 200 degrees. Beat 4 eggs with 50 ml cream, chives, parsley, salt and pepper. Coat a pie tin with fresh puff pastry. Put the mushrooms and sausage in the pie tin. Pour the egg mixture over it. Put the pie about 30 minutes in the oven. Enjoy!

Bake in hot oil 1 chopped onion and 2 finely chopped garlic cloves until the onion has softened. Then add 1 chopped red pepper, 1 chopped yellow pepper, paprika (after own taste) and some tabasco. Stir fry a minute or 5. Then add 1 can diced tomatoes and 150 m vegetable stock. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes on low heat. Add the sausages and heat a bit more. Serve with pasta.
