
Ingredients: 3 sausages, 300 grams white cabbage, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce, 150 ml stock,

Remove the skin from 3 sausages and fry the sausage meat brown in hot oil loose. Add 300 grams sliced white cabbage and stir fry them until soft. Add 2 tablespoons vinegar, 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce and 150 ml stock. Bring to the boil and then let it simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
