Spaghetti with Sausage, Mushrooms and Gorgonzola

Ingredients: spaghetti, salt, 250 grams diced bacon, 2 sausages, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, 250 grams mushrooms, white wine, 125 ml cream, 50 g gorgonzola,

Cook the spaghetti al dente in boiling salted water. Bake 250 grams diced bacon until almost crisp. Meanwhile unskin 2 sausages and make meatballs. Add the sausage to the bacon and fry it brown. Add 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove. Cook until the onion is soft. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms and cook until the mushrooms are soft. Pour a dash of white wine and let the wine evaporate. Finally, add 125 ml cream and 50 grams diced gorgonzola. Let the gorgonzola melt. Serve with spaghetti. Enjoy!
Naan Pizza with Sausage and Mushrooms

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake 1 chopped onion until the onion is soft. Remove the skin of 2 sausages. Add the sausage to the onion and fry the sausage meat is brown and loose. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms and cook until the mushrooms are soft. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay 2 naan breads on it. Top the naan breads with the sausage-mushroom mixture. Arrange the mozzarella on top. Place the baking sheet for about 10 minutes in the oven. Enjoy!
Bangers ‘n Mash with Red Wine-Onion Gravy

Ingredients: 750 grams potatoes, salt, butter, nutmeg, 2 sausages, 2 onions, 2 garlic cloves, thyme, dash of red wine, 300 ml stock,

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Boil 750 grams of potatoes in salted water until tender. Stamp with a knob of butter (and maybe some broth) to a puree. Season with nutmeg and salt.
Bake, while the potatoes cook, 2 sausages around brown in hot butter. Put the sausages in a baking dish and let them cook in the preheated oven. Bake in the remaining butter over low heat 2 chopped onions with 2 cloves of garlic and some thyme until the onions are browned. Add a dash of red wine. Let the alcohol evaporate. Add 300 ml stock. Leave to simmer on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Serve the potatoes with the sausages and red wine-onion gravy. Enjoy!

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Make a batter of 125 grams flour, 3 eggs and 300 ml milk. Whisk or blend until you have a smooth batter. Season with thyme, salt and flour. Cut 2 sausages in half so you get 4 small sausages. Wrap each sausage with a slice of bacon. Place the sausages in a baking dish. Pour the batter over the sausages. Place the baking dish approximately 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven (don’t open the oven in the meantime). We have to eat peas. Enjoy!
