Bake 300 grams rösti brown in hot butter over medium heat. Bake in another pan 1 chopped onion with some thyme and 150 grams diced ham until the onion is soft. Add 1 diced red pepper. Bake a few minutes. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms. Bake until the mushrooms are soft. Add the vegetables to the rösti with 75 grams grated cheese and a little salt. Press the rösti. Fry briefly.
