Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Put in a baking dish 2 red onions sliced in quarters, 2 sliced roasted peppers and thyme to taste. Drizzle with oil and balsamic vinegar. Place the ovenproof dish about 10 minutes in the oven. Cut 3 chipolata sausages into pieces and 250 grams cherry tomatoes in half. Put this in the ovenproof dish with the red onions and toss with 1 tablespoon sugar thoroughly. Put the ovenproof dish for 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Serve with baked potatoes. Enjoy!
