Noodles with Beef and Green Beans

Cook the noodles according to the pack instructions. Bake 300 grams diced gammon steak brown in hot oil. Meanwhile, make a sauce of 1 tablespoon oil, 1 tablespoon rice wine, 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup, 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce and pepper. Add the sauce to the meat and cook over high heat for 2 minutes. Add 1 sliced red pepper, 1 chopped leek and 100 grams sliced mushrooms. Bake for 5 minutes. Add 500 ml Stock. Cook 5 minutes. Meanwhile, make a paste of cornstarch: 1 tablespoon cornstarch with cold water. Add the cornflour paste along with the noodles. Heat through thoroughly. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 1 large chicken breast, salt, ginger powder, 2 tablespoons rice wine, 100 ml sweet soy sauce, 1 tin tomato puree, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 150 grams peas (frozen),

Cut 1 chicken breast into cubes. Sprinkle with salt and ginger powder. Bake the diced chicken breast brown. Add 1 diced green pepper, 150 grams grated carrots and 3 chopped spring onions. Stir-fry for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, make the peanut sauce. Heat on low heat 4 tablespoons peanut butter with 2 tablespoons light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon rice wine, 1 teaspoon honey, 1/2 tablespoon ginger syrup and 1 tablespoon chili sauce. Serve the chicken and vegetables with rice noodles and peanut sauce. Enjoy!

Ingredients: noodles, 1 chicken breast, 1 carrot, 1 red pepper, 100 grams sugar snaps, 1 garlic clove, 6 tablespoons dark soy sauce, 3 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce, 2 tablespoons rice wine, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 3 spring onions,

Cook the noodles according pack instructions. Bake 1 diced chicken breast until browned. Add 1 diced carrot, 1 sliced red pepper, 100 grams sugar snap peas halved lengthwise and 1 finely chopped garlic clove and stir fry for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, make a sauce with 6 tablespoons dark soy sauce, 3 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce, 2 tablespoons rice wine and 1 tablespoon cornstarch. Add this sauce with 3 sliced spring onions to the chicken and vegetables. Heat well. Serve with noodles. Enjoy!
Nasi with Char Siu

Ingredients: 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 250 grams diced bacon, coriander, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, 2 teaspoons chilli jam, 3 spring onions, 200 grams of cooked rice, sweet soy sauce,
Bake 250 gram diced bacon until almost crisp. Add 1 chopped onion with 2 finely chopped garlic cloves until the onion is soft. Add coriander, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg to taste and 2 teaspoons chilli jam and cook briefly. Add 3 chopped spring onions and the cold cooked rice and stir well. Season the fried rice with sweet soy sauce.
Char Siu
Ingredients: 1 cooked beetroot, 1 garlic clove, 4 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 2 tablespoons rice wine, Chinese five spice powder, ginger powder, 1 teaspoon brown sugar, 500 grams pork fillet, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon water
Make a marinade of 1 cooked and mashed beetroot, 1 finely chopped garlic clove, 4 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 2 tablespoons rice wine, Chinese five spice powder, ginger powder and 1 teaspoon brown sugar. Marinate in this 500 grams sliced pork fillet. Let it marinate at least 3 hours in the refrigerator. Rather longer! Mix 2 tablespoons honey with 1 tablespoon hot water and Chinese five spice powder. Remove pork fillet from marinade, rub the marinade from it and then rub with the honey mixture. Grill the meat on the hot grill. Then cut it into strips. Enjoy!
