Cook the noodles according pack instructions. Mix 1 tablespoon honey with 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar, 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup, 1 tablespoon chilli sauce and 1 teaspoon chilli jam. Season to taste with pepper. Fry in hot oil 1 chopped onion until soft. Add 2 sliced pork scalopes and cook the pork scalopes brown. Add 1 diced zucchini and 1 sliced red pepper, stir fry 5 minutes. Add the sweet and sour sauce and 3 sliced spring onions. Heat thoroughly. Serve with noodles. Enjoy!

Cook the noodles according pack instructions. Fry on medium heat in butter 2 sliced leeks until the leek is soft. Add 1 tablespoon honey and cook the leeks about 5 minutes. Preheat the oven to 120 degrees (fan). Cut 1 kilo beef in large cubes, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fry the diced beef brown in hot butter. Scoop from the pan and keep aside. Add some extra butter and 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar and let the vinegar evaporate. Add 2 sliced onions and let the onions soften. Add 3 finely chopped garlic cloves and paprika to taste. Let the onions brown in 15 minutes. Add 100 ml red wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Add 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 tablespoon tomato puree and 2 bay leaves. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add any extra water so the beef. Put the lid on the pan and place the pan approximately 2 hours in the preheated oven. Serve with fries and a salad. Enjoy!

Cook the spaghetti al dente in boiling water with a little salt. Bake in a hot wok 250 gram diced bacon crispy. Add 1 diced zucchini, 1 chopped garlic clove and 1 teaspoon chilli jam. Stir fry about 4 minutes. Add 1 tin diced tomatoes, 1 tablespoon sugar, a dash of red wine vinegar and 1 crumbled stock cube. Let it all simmer for about 10 minutes. Serve with spaghetti and sprinkle grated cheese over it. Enjoy!

Boil the rice according pack instrictions or the way you normally do. Bake in hot oil 1 diced pork tenderloin brown. Add 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped yellow pepper and ginger powder to taste. Stir fry about 5 minutes. Add 200 ml vegetable stock, 100 ml red wine vinegar and 4 tablespoons of honey. Bring to the boil briefly and then let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Add 1 minute before the end 3 sliced spring onions. Serve with rice. Enjoy!

Make 2 chicken breasts as flat as possible and season with salt and pepper. Bake the chicken breasts on both sides golden brown. Remove from pan and keep them separate. Bake in the remaining fat 1 chopped red onion to soft. Add 250 grams halved cherry tomatoes and stir fry for a minute or 4. Add 1/2 tablespoon sugar and 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar. Bake briefly. Place the chicken breasts back in the pan for a few minutes. Serve with potatoes and salad. Enjoy!

Braised Beef Marinated in Red Wine

Braised Beef Marinated in Red Wine
Ingredients: 800 grams beef, salt, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 2 garlic cloves, parsley, thyme, bay leaves, 300 ml red wine, 50 ml red wine vinegar, 150 grams diced bacon,

Cut 800 grams beef in cubes. Season with salt. Do this in a bowl. Cut 1 onion into pieces and put it with the meat. Cut 1 carrot into slices and put it with the meat along with 2 garlic cloves. Bundle parsley, thyme and 2 bay leaves and add with the meat. Pour about 300 ml of red wine and 50 ml red wine vinegar to the meat. Close the bowl and let it marinate at least 10 hours in a cool place. Remove the bundle of herbs from the marinade. Let the meat and vegetables drain. Set the marinade aside. Bake in hot butter 150 grams dice bacon crunchy. Add the meat and vegetables and bake this. Pour the marinade into the pan and bring all to the boil. Lower the heat and let it gently simmer for about 3 hours. Serve with Flemish fries and a salad. Enjoy!
