Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake in hot butter 2 chopped red onions and 1 chopped garlic clove until the onion is soft. Add 100 grams pearl onions, 2 crumbled cubes chicken stock and 1 tablespoon sugar. Let the sugar caramelise. Put in a baking dish 3 sliced chicken breasts and spoon the onion mixture through. Place the baking dish about 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Spoon 4 sliced spring onions to the chicken when it is just from the oven. We had a salad and potato chips with it. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 100 grams cream cheese, 1/2 red onion, sage, parsley, 500 grams pork fillet (one piece), 150 grams ham, salt, pepper, paprika, curry sauce,

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix 100 grams cream cheese with 1/2 finely chopped red onion, sage and parsley to taste. Cut in the pork filet at 2 places. Fill both cuts each with a slice of ham. Brush the ham with the cream cheese mixture. Fold the pork fikket and sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Wrap the pork fillets with slices of raw ham. Place the pork fillets in an ovenproof dish. Brush the pork fillets with a little curry sauce. Place the ovenproof dish about 45 minutes in the preheated oven. Serve with a salad and potatoes. Enjoy!

Make a marinade with garlic, oil, sweet soy sauce and tomato ketchup. Marinate 2 diced chicken breasts in it. Allow the chicken to marinate at least 12 hours. Wrap some chicken breast dices with smoked bacon and thread it over and over with pieces of red pepper and sliced red onion on a satay stick. Also make chicken kebabs skewers with left over cubes chicken breast (without the bacon), pepper and onion. Grill the chicken on the grill. Serve with fried rice or noodles, and also serve with peanut sauce. Enjoy!

Cook the noodles according pack instructions. Fry in hot oil 2 chopped red onions with 1 finely minced garlic clove, 1 teaspoon chilli jam and 1 teaspoon ginger powder until the red onions are soft. Add 200 g sugar snaps, 1 drained can of carrots and 150 grams diced ham. Stir fry a few minutes. Make a sauce with 5 tablespoons tomato ketchup, 3 tablespoons chilli sauce, 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce, 2 teaspoons Chinese five spice powder, 2 teaspoons ginger powder, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and salt. Stir the noodles and the sauce through the vegetables and fry briefly. Serve with cashewnuts. Enjoy!

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Put in food processor 1 red onion and 1 garlic clove and turn on the food processor. Mix the red onion and garlic with the minced beef and 1 egg and make 2 large or 4 small balls. Make in the meatballs a hole and fill with grated cheese and fold over the minced beef. Place the meatballs in an ovenproof dish and place the baking dish about 1 1/2 hours in the oven. Meanwhile bake 1 chopped onion until it is tender. Add 1 sliced red and yellow peppers. Bake the peppers over low heat until it is tender. Add 4 tablespoons tomato ketchup and 2 tablespoons chilli sauce. Season with worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Serve the meatballs with mashed potatoes and peppers. Enjoy!
