Ingredients: 2 apples, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, rasins, 1 tablespoon cookie spices, 250 grams sugar, 250 grams butter, 4 eggs, 250 grams flour, 1 sachet vanilla sugar,
Peel 2 apples, and cut it into small cubes. Pour a little lemon juice, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, a small handful of raisins and 1 tablespoon cookie spices. Mix 250 grams of sugar and 250 grams of butter until the butter has softened. Then add gradually 4 eggs while mixing. Add 250 grams of plain flour and 1 sachet vanilla sugar. Again mix well. Place the paper cupcakes in a muffintray. Pour a small amount of batter in each cupcake. Then add some of the apple mixture and then cover it with batter, so you no longer see the apple mixture. Place the muffintray in the preheated oven at 160 degrees (fan) for about 35 minutes. Let the apple pie cupcakes cool down before you attack! Enjoy!
Ingredients: 100 grams flour, salt, 20 grams icing sugar, 8 grams vanilla sugar, 16 grams baking powder, 200 ml water, 100 ml milk, 1 egg,
Mix 100g plain flour, a pinch of salt, 20g icing sugar, 8g vanilla sugar and 16g baking powder. Pour 200ml water and 100ml milk in and stir until you have a smooth mixture. Split 1 egg. Beat the egg yolk loose and beat the egg white until foam. Mix the egg yolk through the batter and gently fold in the egg white. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let it slightly rise in a warm place. Melt oil or butter in the pan and fry the pancakes golden brown. We ate the pancakes with slices fruit like apple, banana and pear. With some cinnamon and raisins very delightful! Enjoy!
Mix 200g soft cheese with 2 finely chopped garlic cloves and a handfull of raisins. Cook 2 chicken breast brown at both sides. Place each chicken breast on a piece of aluminium foil. Spread the soft cheese mixture over both chicken breasts and cover with slices bacon. Wrap the aluminium foil over it like a bag. Place the packages in to a preheated oven at 200c for about 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with a salad and potatoes. Enjoy!
Ingredients: pork escalopes, soft cheese, raisins, cashew nuts, 4 potatoes, 1 egg, 2 teaspoons mustard, 50 grams grated cheese,
Filled Pork Escalopes:
Flatten 2 pork scallops. Spread soft cheese over the pork escalopes and scatter some raisins and chopped cashew nuts over it. Roll the pork escalopes and secure them with a cocktail skewer. Cook them brown on both sides in hot butter. Lower the heat, add some water and cover the lid. Let the filled pork escalopes simmer fot about 10 minutes.
Peel 4 potatoes and grate them. Mix with 1 egg, 2 teaspoons mustard and 50 grams grated cheese. Season it. Make ‘burger’ forms of the potato mix and cook them on both sides in hot butter until golden brown. Then the Potato-Cheese rosti is ready to serve. Enjoy!
Put 300g plain flour and 100g caster sugar in a bowl. Add 200g diced butter, 3 tablespoons beaten egg and a pinch of salt. Knead until you have a good dough. Dress a springform with a part of the dough (you need a little dough for the raster). Place the springform and the rest of the dough in a cool place. Peel, core and dice 1000g apples. Mix the diced apples with 100g raisins, 50g almonds, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 75g sugar. Transfer the apple mixture into the springform. Make a raster over the apple filling. Spread some beaten egg over the dough raster. Place the springform in a preheated oven at 175C for about 1 1/2 hour so the dough is golden brown and the apple filling done. Cool down the apple pie in the springform. Nice with whipped cream! Enjoy!
Peal 4 apple’s and chop them in pieces and put it in a bowl. Add 50g sugar, cinnamon, 50g brown sugar, 100g raisins and some lemon juice. Mix it well. Defrost 10 puff pastry sheets. Spoon over some apple mixture on it, flip over half of the puff pastry so you get a triangle shape. When all 10 puff pastry sheets are done, spread some beaten egg over it and scatter some sugar over it. Place them on a baking sheet and place this in a preheated oven at 200C for about 20 minutes.
