Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Let 6 sheets puff pastry thaw. Put in a food processor 2 chicken breasts and chop it finely. Add 1 garlic clove, 50 grams diced bacon, 4 sundried tomatoes, 1 handful basil, salt and pepper and put the food processor on briefly. Siege the puff pastry with minced chicken and roll the dough on. Cut into small pieces and place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle grated cheese over. Put the baking sheet about 30 minutes in the preheated oven. We had a salad with it for dinner. Enjoy!

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Thaw 6 puff pastry sheets. Fry 1 sliced leek with 1 finely chopped garlic clove, thyme and 150 grams diced ham about 2 minutes. Add 250 grams mushrooms and season with the kebab spices. Stir fry until the mushrooms have softened. Beat 3 eggs in a bowl with 125 ml cream. Season with salt pepper. Put in a small greased ovenproof dishes each a puff pastry sheet. Spoon the mushroom mixture in and then pour the egg mixture in. Sprinkle with grated cheese as the last. Place the ovenproof dishes about 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 250 grams minced beef, thyme, chilli powder, 1 red pepper, 1 green pepper, 1 leek, 3 eggs, 4 tablespoons cream, salt, pepper, 125 grams peanut butter, 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce, fresh puff pastry, 75 grams peanuts,

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake in hot butter 250 grams minced beef until it is brown. Add thyme and chilli powder to taste and fry briefly. Add 1 diced red pepper, 1 diced green pepper and 1 sliced leek and stir-fry about 3 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, beat 3 eggs with 4 tablespoons cream, salt and pepper. Add 125 grams of peanut butter and 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce and stir the mixture well. Fill greased springform with the fresh puff pastry. Prick holes in the soil. Fill the springform with the minced mixture. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the minced mixture and straighten it. Sprinkle 75 grams peanuts over the pie. Put the savory pie about 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Enjoy!

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Bake 1 chopped chicken breast brown in hot butter. When the chicken is brown add 1 finely chopped onion, thyme and 50 grams sliced mushrooms. Add 30 grams flour when mushrooms are tender. Pour gradually 300 ml chicken stock in it. Keep stirring. Bring the stew to taste with salt, pepper and chives. Add the stew in the puff pastry shells. Place puff pastry shells approximately 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 6 puff pastry sheets, 1 pork tenderloin, salt, pepper, 1 shallot, thyme, 2 garlic cloves, 100 grams mushrooms, 1 egg,

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Let 6 sheets puff pastry thaw. Cut 1 pork tenderloin in half and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook the tenderloin around brown in hot butter. Remove from the pan and fry in the remaining fat 1 chopped shallot with some thyme until the shallot is soft. Add 2 finely chopped garlic cloves and 100 grams chopped mushrooms. Stir fry until the mushrooms are soft. Let the mushrooms cool. Place on the pastry a scoop of mushroom mixture and then the pork tenderloin. Scoop some of the mushroom mixture over the pork tenderloin and cover it with the rest of the puff pastry. Fold the edges securely closed. Beat 1 egg and brush the puff pastry with it.
