Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Clean the skin of 2 large potatoes. Prick the skin with a fork or toothpick. Place the potatoes in a baking dish. Place the baking dish about 40 minutes in the preheated oven. Meanwhile, make the filling. Bake 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove, chopped ham and thyme until the onion is soft. Remove the potatoes from the oven. Take a small piece of the top off and scoop the potato from the skin. Mash the potatoes with milk and a little butter. Spoon the onion mixture with the grated cheese to mashed potatoes. Spoon the mashed potatoes back into the potato skin. Place the potatoes back into the baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Place the ovenproof dish about 20 minutes in the oven. Enjoy!
Thai Stew (Masamam Curry)
Ingredients: 50 grams masaman curry paste, 400 ml coconut milk, 500 grams beef, 2 onions, 3 potatoes, 100 grams cashew nuts,

Bake 50 grams masaman curry paste with 1 tablespoon coconut milk in hot oil until it smells. Add 500 grams diced beef. Bake the beef brown. Spoon the beef from the pan. Add new oil to the pan. Bak 2 sliced onions until soft. Put the beef back into the pan along with 3 peeled and diced potatoes, the rest of the can coconut milk and enough water so that everything is covered. Let it all on low heat to simmer for at least 2 1/2 hour. Take the last half hour the lid of the pan so the sauce can thicken. Add at last 100 grams cashew nuts and cook for 5 minutes. Serve with white rice.
Sweet & Sour Cucumber
Ingredients: 3 tablespoons vinegar, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1 cucumber,
Mix 3 tablespoons vinegar with 3 tablespoons sugar. Whisk until the sugar is dissolved. Peel a cucumber. Cut the cucumber into slices with a cheese slicer. Put the cucumber in the vinegar-sugar mixture. Leave it for about an hour.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Boil 750 grams of potatoes in salted water until tender. Stamp with a knob of butter (and maybe some broth) to a puree. Season with nutmeg and salt.
Bake, while the potatoes cook, 2 sausages around brown in hot butter. Put the sausages in a baking dish and let them cook in the preheated oven. Bake in the remaining butter over low heat 2 chopped onions with 2 cloves of garlic and some thyme until the onions are browned. Add a dash of red wine. Let the alcohol evaporate. Add 300 ml stock. Leave to simmer on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Serve the potatoes with the sausages and red wine-onion gravy. Enjoy!

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Cook 1 cauliflower cut into florets until al dente and keep it aside. Bake 1 chopped onion with some thyme until the onion is soft. Add 250 grams minced beef and fry the minced beef brown and loose. Add 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 tin tomato puree and 1 tablespoon chilli sauce. Crumble 1 stock cube above it. Let it simmer.
