Sprinkle 2 pork chops with salt and pepper. Bake the pork chops on both sides brown. Remove the pork chops from the pan and keep aside. Bake in the remaining butter 1 chopped onion with thyme to taste until the onion is soft. Add a dash of white wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Then add 150 ml stock and a slice crumbeled breakfast cake. Allow the breakfast cake to soften, while stirring. Put the pork chops back into the pan and let it warm through. Enjoy!

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Sprinkle 4 pork chops with salt and pepper. Bake the pork chops brown on both sides. Remove the pork chops from the pan. Bake in the remaining fat 250 grams diced bacon with 3 chopped shallots and 2 finely chopped garlic cloves for about 5 minutes. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms, 1 drained jar carrots and chopped parsley. Let the mushrooms soften. Put the pork chops back into the pan and place the pan with the lid about 20 minutes in the preheated oven (the pan must be oven-proof). We ate potatoes with it. Enjoy!

Bake in the remaining butter 2 sliced onion with 2 finely chopped garlic cloves and some thyme until the onions have softened. Add 100 ml white wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Add 300 ml beef stock and bring briefly to boil. Crumble 2 slices gingerbread over it and just stir through. Put the pork chops back to the pan, put the lid on the pan and put the casserole about 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Serve with potato slices and green beans. Enjoy!
