Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Mix 125 grams butter with 110 grams brown sugar and 55 grams sugar. Add 1 egg, mix until it is smooth. Add 150 grams flour, 1 sachet vanilla sugar, a little baking powder and a pinch of salt. Mix. Stir gently 100 grams chopped dark chocolate and 70 grams chopped pecans. Create a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, make with a dessert spoon of the batter piles, ensure adequate space. Put the baking sheet about 10 minutes in the oven.
