Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celcius. Bak 2 ciabatta loaves place in the preheated oven. Let the ciabatta loaves cool. Bake 4 portobello mushrooms brown on both sides in hot butter. Place the portobello mushrooms in a baking dish. Fill with grated cheese and some thyme. Put the portobello mushrooms about 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Bake for 10 slices bacon crispy. Scoop out the bacon from the pan. Bake the pear halves in the hot butter. Meanwhile, mix 125 grams cottage cheese with 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Season to tast with salt and pepper Cut the portobello mushrooms and pears in pieces. Garnish with the ciabatta slices bacon, sliced tomatoes, portobello mushrooms and pear. Spread the cottage cheese over it. Serve with a salad. Enjoy!

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Peel 3 pears and cut into cubes. Cut 3 peeled bananas into slices and cut 100 grams plain chocolate into cubes. Divide the pears, bananas and chocolate over 3 sheets of parchment paper. Fold the parchment paper tightly. Place the packets about 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove carefully from the parchement paper. Serve with a scoop of ice cream. Enjoy!

Cut 800 grams waxy potatoes into cubes. Take 400 grams green beans and break off the green beans. Put the beans with the potatoes in the pan. Put 2 peeled garlic cloves and some sage to taste to it. Make a paste in the food processor with 1 sliced onion, 2 cloves garlic, 2 tablespoons oil, 1 tablespoon honey, ginger powder, to taste fresh coriander, salt and pepper. Turn the food processor on until you have a good paste. Cut 2 chicken breasts in pieces. Lubricate the chicken breasts with the paste and let the chicken breasts rest in a covered dish in the refrigerator for a night. Bake the chicken breasts in hot oil. Add 55 grams shaved almonds. Stir fry a minute or 3. Add 250 ml chicken stock and let it simmer fot about 15 minutes. Meanwhile peel 2 pears and cut them in pieces. Add the pears to the chicken breasts and heat for another 10 minutes. Serve with rice, for example, or potato croquettes and a salad. Enjoy!

Boil the pasta in boiling water with some salt. Cook in hot oil 1 finely chopped garlic clove, 1 leek sliced in rings and 200 grams of sliced mushrooms. If the mushrooms are tender stir in 200 gram diced gorgonzola and 250 ml cream. Melt the gorgonzola. Drain the pasta, and stir it with the gorgonzola mixture. Peel a pear and cut it in cubes. Stir also to by the pasta. Warm briefly and serve. Enjoy!
Ingredients: 100 grams flour, salt, 20 grams icing sugar, 8 grams vanilla sugar, 16 grams baking powder, 200 ml water, 100 ml milk, 1 egg,
Mix 100g plain flour, a pinch of salt, 20g icing sugar, 8g vanilla sugar and 16g baking powder. Pour 200ml water and 100ml milk in and stir until you have a smooth mixture. Split 1 egg. Beat the egg yolk loose and beat the egg white until foam. Mix the egg yolk through the batter and gently fold in the egg white. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let it slightly rise in a warm place. Melt oil or butter in the pan and fry the pancakes golden brown. We ate the pancakes with slices fruit like apple, banana and pear. With some cinnamon and raisins very delightful! Enjoy!
