Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake in hot butter 250 grams minced beef until it is brown. Add thyme and chilli powder to taste and fry briefly. Add 1 diced red pepper, 1 diced green pepper and 1 sliced leek and stir-fry about 3 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, beat 3 eggs with 4 tablespoons cream, salt and pepper. Add 125 grams of peanut butter and 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce and stir the mixture well. Fill greased springform with the fresh puff pastry. Prick holes in the soil. Fill the springform with the minced mixture. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the minced mixture and straighten it. Sprinkle 75 grams peanuts over the pie. Put the savory pie about 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Enjoy!
Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts, 1 teaspoon chilli jam, cumin powder, kurkurma, 4 tablespoons salt soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oil

Cut the chicken breasts into cubes. Mix 1 teaspoon chilli jam with cumin powder, kurkurma, 4 tablespoons salt soy sauce and 1 tablespoon oil. Marinate the diced chicken breast for at least an hour in it. Bake the chicken satay brown in a grilpan.
Ingredients: 250 grams peanuts, 250 ml coconut milk, 2 tablespoons salt soy sauce, 2 tablespoons chilli sauce, 1 teaspoon chilli jam, dash of lemon juice,
Put in a food processor 250 grams peanuts, 250 ml coconut milk, 2 tablespoons salt soy sauce, 2 tablespoons chilli sauce, 1 teaspoon chilli jam and a dash of lemon juice. Turn on the machine until the peanut sauce is smooth. Put the peanut sauce in a small pan and heat the peanut sauce slowly.
Serve the chicken satay with peanut sauce. We ate noodles with it. Enjoy!
Ingredients: noodles, 150 grams steak, salt, pepper, 5 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons water, 2 tablespoons sesame oil, 200 grams sugar snaps, 3 spring onions, peanuts
Prepare the noodles according pack instrctions. Cut 150 grams steak in strips and season with salt and pepper. Mix 5 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce with 2 tablespoons soy sauce and 2 tablespoon water. Bake in 2 tablespoons sesame oil the steak slices brief. Add 200 grams sugar snaps and stir fry about 5 minutes. Add the chilli sauce mixture. Boil a few minutes and then add 3 chopped spring onions and peanuts. Warm it equally well and serve with the noodles. Enjoy!
Ingredients: noodles, 250 grams chesnut mushrooms, 150 grams oyster mushrooms, 1 shallot, 1 garlic clove, water, 3 spring onions, handful peanuts, salt, pepper,
Prepare the noodles according pack instructions. Bake in hot oil 250 grams sliced chesnut mushrooms and 150 grams torn oyster mushrooms. Scoop it from the pan. Bake in the remaining fat 1 finely chopped shallot with 1 finely chopped garlic clove. Add 200 grams spinach and a little water. Stir fry about 3 minutes. Then add 3 spring onions (chopped into rings) and a handful of peanuts. Stir fry 1 more minute. Bring to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with noodles. Enjoy!
Ingredients: rice, 300 grams cauliflower, salt, 3 spring onions, 1 garlic clove, 1 chilli pepper, 100 grams peanuts, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
Boil the rice according pack instructions. Boil about 300 grams cauliflower florets until al dente in water with some salt. Bake in hot oil 3 sliced spring, 1 finely chopped garlic clove and 1 deseeded and finely chopped chilli pepper. Stir fry about 2 minutes. Add 100 grams peanuts and the cauliflower and stir fry about 2 minutes. Finally, add 2 tablespoons soy sauce and 3 tablespoons rice vinegar. Stir fry for about 5 minutes. Serve the Oriental cauliflower with the rice. Enjoy!
Ingredients: 1 small cauliflower, cajun spices, taco shells, lettuce, 100 grams peanuts, 1 tin tomato puree, 5 tablespoons tomato ketchup, 1 teaspoon sambal,
Prepare the taco’s following pack instructions. Cut 1 small cauliflower in florets, the herb with cajun spices. Bake in a hot frying pan with some oil the cauliflower florets until a litte bit brown. Meanwhile make the peanut-tomato salsa. Put following ingredients in a food processor: 100 grams of peanuts, 1 small tin tomato puree, 1 teaspoon sambal and 5 tablespoons ketchup. Put the food processor on for a short time and the peanut-tomato salsa is ready. Fill the taco shells with some lettuce, then with teh baked cauliflower florets and then the peanut-tomato salsa! Enjoy!
