Fry 2 chopped onions with 2 chopped garlic cloves until the onions are soft. Add 2 diced chicken breasts and fry the chicken brown. Make a peanut sauce with 2 tablespoons peanut butter, 1 1/2 tablespoons chilli sauce, 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil and 2 tablespoons hot water.
