Cook the rice according pack instructions. Fry in hot oil 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove. Cook until the onion is soft. Add 1 diced chicken breast and cook the chicken breast brown. Add 1 sliced red pepper and 250 grams sliced mushrooms. Bake until the mushrooms are tender. Add 1 crumbled chicken stock cube, 250 ml cream, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, 1 tablespoon chili sauce and 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce. Let the sauce reduce a little over medium heat. Add in a handful of cashew nuts at last. Serve with rice. Enjoy!
