Ingredients: noodles, 3 spring onions, ginger powder, 3 chipolata sausages, 200 grams snow peas, 4 tablespoons chilli sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce,

Boil the noodles according pack instructions. Bake in hot oil 3 chopped spring onions with ginger powder to taste until it is going to smell nice. Meanwhile get the skin off of 3 chipolata sausages. Add the sausage meat to the spring onions and fry to loose. Add 200 grams snow peas cut into pieces and stir fry about 5 minutes. Make a sauce with 4 tablespoons chilli sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce and 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce. Add the sauce to the snow peas. Heat a bit more. Serve with the noodels. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 500 grams minced beef, 1 small red onion, 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 egg, parsley, 6 sandwiches,

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the sandwiches in the oven. Mix 500 grams minced beef with 1 finely chopped red onion, 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 egg and parsley. Form 6 burgers and bake the burgers on both sides brown in a hot frying pan. Leave the burgers on low heat so it is also good inside. Serve the beef brugers on the sandwiches and add tomato ketchup and/or mayonnaise on. We had fries and a salad with it. Enjoy!

Ingredients: noodles, 1 chicken breast, 2 garlic clove, 3 tablespoons tomato ketchup, 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 red pepper, 125 grams bean sprouts, 3 spring onions,

Boil the noodles according pack instructons. Stir fry 1 diced chicken breast brown. Add 1 chopped red pepper and stir frying briefly. Make a sauce with 2 garlic cloves, 3 tablespoons tomato ketchup, 2 tablespoons oyster sauce and 2 tablespoons soy sauce. Add the sauce to the chicken breast and bring to the boil. Drain the noodles and stir by the chicken breast. Finally, add 125 grams bean sprouts and 3 chopped spring onions into rings. Heat a bit more and serve. Enjoy!

Ingredients: noodles, 4 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons rice vinegar, 1 pork escalope, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, 3 spring onions, 1 red pepper, ginger powder, 200 grams snow peas, 2 tablespoons oyster sauce,

Cook the noodles according pack instructions. Make a marinade of 4 tablespoons soy sauce and 2 tablespoons rice. Marinate 1 cut into stripes pork escalope in it. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes, preferably longer. Bake the marinated pork escalope brown in hot oil. Scoop the meat from the pan. Ingredients: noodles, 1 garlic clove, 1/2 tablespoon ground coriander, 1/2 tablespoon ginger powder, 200 grams snow peas, 1 chilli pepper, 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, 3 tablespoons fish sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, 125 grams bean sprouts, 1 tablespoon coriander , 50 grams cashew nuts,

Boil the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging. Bake in hot oil 1 chopped garlic clove with 1/2 tablespoon ground coriander and 1/2 tablespoon ginger powder. Then add 200 grams of snow peas and stir fry about 5 minutes. Add 1 chilli pepper (finely sliced and deseeded), 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, 3 tablespoons fish sauce and 1 tablespoon sugar. Stir fry 1 minute. Then add 125 grams bean sprouts and again stir fry 1 minute. Drain the noodles and stir it with the snow peas along with 1 tablespoon chopped coriander and 50 grams cashew nuts. Heat well! Enjoy!

Rice with Beef, Pepper and Mange Touts

Rice with Beef, Pepper and Mange Touts
Cook the rice according to the directions on the package. Make a marinade with 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 2 teaspoons rice wine, 2 teaspoons sesame oil, 2 teaspoons cornflour, salt and pepper. Marinate 300 grams slices beef in it for at least 20 minutes. Stir fry the marinated slices beef brown in the hot oil. If it is brown get it from the pan and set aside. Stir fry now 200 grams mange touts with 1 sliced pepper on high heat for about 2 minutes. Add 150 ml chicken stock and 2 tablespoons oyster sauce and bring to the boil. Add the slices beef now back in the pan and warm it. Serve with rice and peanuts. Enjoy!
