Noodles with Chicken Breast and Red Pepper in Spicy Sauce

Ingredients: noodles, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, 1 chicken breast, 1 red pepper, 3 spring onions, 50 grams bean sprouts, 4 tablespoons chili sauce, 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup, 2 tablespoons oyster sauce,

Cook the noodles according pack instructions. Bake 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove until the onion is soft. Add 1 sliced chicken breast and cook the chicken breast brown. Add 1 sliced red pepper and stir-fry 2 minutes. Add 3 sliced spring onions and 50 grams bean sprouts. Stir a few minutes. Meanwhile, make sauce with 4 tablespoons chili sauce, 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup and 2 tablespoons oyster sauce. Add the sauce to the chicken. Warm well. Serve with noodles. Enjoy!
Noodles with Kebab

Ingredients: noodles, 1 garlic clove, 450 grams kebab, 1 red pepper, 1 large leek, 1 tablespoon honey, 4 tablespoons oyster sauce,

Cook the noodles according pack instructions. Bake 1 chopped garlic clove with 450 grams kebab until the kebab is done. Add 1 sliced red pepper and cook about 5 minutes. Add 1 sliced leek and cook until the leek is soft. Add 1 tablespoon honey and 4 tablespoons oyster sauce. Heat through thoroughly. Serve with noodles. Enjoy!
Chicken Siam

Ingredients: rice, 2 chicken breasts, 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 1 red pepper, 1 yellow pepper, 1 green pepper, 3 tablespoons oyster sauce, 1 chicken stock cube, 3 spring onions, 100 grams cashew nuts,

Boil the rice according to pack instructions. Bake 2 diced chicken breasts brown in hot oil. Add 1 chopped onion and 2 chopped garlic cloves. Fry until the onion is soft. Add the 3 sliced peppers and cook about 3 minutes. Add 3 tablespoons oyster sauce and 1 chicken stock cube. Let it warm through for about 5 minutes. Add 3 sliced spring onions and 100 grams cashew nuts, heat through thoroughly. Serve with rice. Enjoy!
Noodles with Snow Peas

Ingredients: noodles, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, ginger powder, 200 grams snow peas, 250 grams bean sprouts, 3 tablespoons light soy sauce, 3 tablespoons oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon sugar, 3 spring onions, fried onions,

Cook the noodles according pack instructions. Bake 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and ginger powder in oil with a teaspoon of sesame oil until the onion is soft. Add 200 grams snow peas and stir-fry 4 minutes. Add 250 grams bean sprouts and stir fry 2 more minutes. Add 3 tablespoons light soy sauce, 3 tablespoons oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon vinegar and 1 teaspoon sugar. Stir well. Stir at last 3 sliced spring onions in. Serve the snow peas with noodles. Sprinkle some fried onions over it if you like. Enjoy!

Ingredients: noodles, 50 ml chicken stock, 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, 2 garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon chilli jam, 1 chicken breast, 1 onion, 1 red pepper, 1 carrot, 3 spring onions, pepper, 50 grams cashew nuts,

Cook the noodles according to pack instructions. Mix 50 ml chicken stock with 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 2 tablespoons oyster sauce and 1 teaspoon sugar. Keep it aside. Fry in hot oil 2 finely chopped garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon chilli jam until the garlic has a fragance. Add 1 diced chicken and fry it brown. Add 1 finely chopped onion, 1 sliced red pepper, 1 diced carrot and ‘wok sauce’. Stir about a minute or 5. Stir in the noodles, 3 sliced spring onions and 50 grams cashew nuts into wok. Season to taste with some pepper. Enjoy!

Prepare the rice noodles according pack instructions. 1 Cut chicken breast into cubes, season with salt and pepper and cover the diced chicken breast with flour. Fry the diced chicken breast in hot oil until golden brown. Add 1 teaspoon chilli jam, 200 grams sliced mushrooms and 125 grams bean sprouts. Stir fry until the mushrooms have softened. Add 2 tablespoons fish sauce, 2 tablespoons soy sauce and 4 tablespoons oyster sauce. Warm a bit. Stir the rice noodles to and sprinkle some parsley over it. Enjoy!
