Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake in hot butter 1 chicken roulade brown. Remove the chicken roulade from the pan. Bake slowly on low heat 250 grams diced bacon with a chopped onion, 1 finely chopped garlic clove and some thyme. Add when the onion is soft 300 grams of minced beef and fry it brown.
