Chicken Roulade with Oriental Sauce

Ingredients: 1 chicken roulade, 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 1 1/2 teaspoon chilli jam, 3 spring onions, 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 500 ml chicken stock,

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake in hot butter 1 chicken roulade brown. Remove the chicken roulade from the pan. Bake in the remaining fat 1 chopped onion with 2 garlic cloves and 1 1/2 teaspoon chilli jam until the onion is soft. Add three sliced spring onions and fry briefly. Add 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce and 500 ml chicken stock. Bring to the boil. Put the chicken roulade back in pan. Place the pan without lid 45 minutes in the preheated oven. Serve slices chicken roulade with the sauce. Serve with stir-fried vegetables and rice. Enjoy!
