Cook the noodles according pack instructions. Bake 1 chopped onion until soft. Add 1 diced zucchini and 250 grams sliced mushrooms. Stir fry until the mushrooms are tender. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Sprinkle 2 chicken breasts with chicken spices. Bake the chicken breasts on both sides brown in hot butter. Add 1 diced zucchini and 100 grams sliced mushrooms. Stir fry a minute about a minute or 5. Add 1 can diced tomatoes and 100 ml of broth and bring to the boil. Puree with a hand blender. Season with salt if necessary. Put 2 small ovenproof dishes a layer of the minced beef sauces, then lasagne sheets, a layer of sauce, lasagne sheets and finish with a layer of sauce. Place the ovenproof dishes approximately 25 minutes in the oven. Enjoy!
