Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Bake 250 gram diced bacon crisp in a hot frying pan. Keep the diced bacon separately. Melt 25 grams butter in a saucepan. Stir in 2 tablespoons flour. Fry it briefly, it should not brown. Gradually add, while stirring, 275 ml milk. Season with a little pepper. Stir a can of diced tomatoes into the sauce. Remove the sauce from the heat. Stir in 150 grams of grated cheese. Stir the pasta and the diced bacon into the sauce. Spoon the sauce into a baking dish. Sprinkle some grated cheese and mozzarella over. Place the baking dish approximately 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Enjoy!
