Ingredients: 4 cups of strong espresso coffee, 2 eggs, 5 tablespoons sugar, 250 grams mascarpone, 250 ml whipping cream, 32 ladyfingers (cookies), cocoa powder, dark chocolate,
Make 4 cups of strong espresso coffee (small cups). Let the coffee cool. Beat 2 egg yolks with 5 tablespoons sugar until thick and light yellow. Whisk the egg yolks with 250 grams mascarpone and sugar. In another bowl, beat 250 ml whipping cream the cream is stiff. Fold the mascarpone cream into the egg mixture. Beat the 2 egg whites to stiff. Gently fold in egg whites into the mascarpone mixture.
Dip 16 ladyfingers in the cooled coffee. Place the ladyfingers in a bowl. Spoon half the cream mixture on it. Dip the rest of the ladyfingers in the cooled coffee. Put the ladyfingers on a layer of the cream mixture. Cover the ladyfingers, with the rest of the cream mixture. Sprinkle a layer of cocoa powders and grated chocolate over the tiramisu. Cover tiramisu with plastic wrap or aluminum foil. Leave the tiramisu for at least 2 hours in the fridge. Enjoy!

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove, 50 grams sliced prosciutto, thyme and oregano until the onion is soft. Add 1 sliced leek. Cook until the leek is soft. Allow to cool. Make a mixture of 250 grams mascarpone, 2 eggs, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Line a greased pie dish with ready-made pie dough. Prick the bottom. Spoon the leek and onion mixture into the pie dish. Pour the mascarpone mixture in. Cut 250 grams tomatoes into halves. Place the tomatoes with the edge up into the mascarpone. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Fold the pastry a little inside. Turn the pie dish about 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Let the pie cool slightly. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 125 ml milk, 125 ml water, 100 grams butter, salt, 4 tablespoons sugar, 150 grams flour, 4 eggs, 1 lemon, 250 ml cream, 250 grams mascarpone, 1 vanilla pod, 95 grams pistachios, 375 grams icing sugar, 3 tablespoons hot water, edible silver pearls,
Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Bring 125 ml milk, 125 ml water, 100 grams butter, 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a saucepan to boil. Add to the melted butter 150 grams sifted flour. Stir with a wooden spoon until a firm attachment which releases from the wall of the pan. Spoon the batter into a bowl and let it cool for about 10 minutes. Beat with a mixer on the lowest level 4 beaten eggs. Spoon the batter into the piping bag and make 40 piles with the size of a walnut on a lined baking sheet. Provide sufficient spacing. Bake the puffs in about 25 minutes until done. Let the puffs cool.
Grate the zest of 1 scrubbed lemon and squeeze the lemon (keep the lemon juice aside). Whip the cream with 3 tablespoons sugar and 250 grams mascarpone. Scrape the vanilla with a knife from 1 vanilla pod and stir together with the lemon zest and 95 grams chopped pistachios in to the cream. Put the spinach-mixture with the lasagne sheets over and over in a baking dish. Finish with a layer of spinach. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Add 1 can diced tomatoes and bring to the boil. Season with salt and pepper. Put in a baking dish half of the minced beef mixture. Cover with lasagne sheets. Add half of the thawed spinach and half of the mascarpone over it. Cover with lasagne sheets and add the other half of the minced beef mixture. Cover with lasagne sheets. Add the rest of the spinach and mascarpone. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with grated cheese. Place the baking dish about 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Let the spinach lasagna cool slightly. Enjoy!
