Greek Mushrooms with Rice
Ingredients: rice, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, 150 ml white wine, 1 bay leaf, 1 sprig thyme, 1 teaspoon ground coriander , 1 dash lemon juice, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 tin tomato puree, 1 teaspoon sugar, salt, pepper, 50 grams raisins,

Boil the rice according pack instructions. Bake on medium heat 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove. Let this simmer for about 5 minutes. Add 150 ml white wine, 1 bay leaf, 1 sprig thyme and 1 teaspoon ground coriander. Let it cook for about 5 minutes to reduce. Then add 400 grams sliced mushrooms and a dash of lemon juice. Stir fry about 5 minutes. Add 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 tin tomato puree and 1 teaspoon sugar. Season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer for 10 minutes on low heat. Finally, add 50 grams of raisins. Serve the Greek mushrooms with rice. Bon appetit!

Tagliatelle al Funghi
Ingredients: tagliatelle, 250 grams chesnut mushrooms, 10 grams dried mushrooms, 1 garlic clove, 1 tablespoon parsley, 100 ml cream, 1 dash lemon juice, salt, pepper,

Boil the tagliatelle according pack instructions. Bake in hot oil 250 grams sliced mushrooms and 10 grams dried mushrooms (which are soaked) until soft. Then add 1 chopped clove of garlic, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, 100 ml cream and 1 dash lemon juice. Bring to the boil and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Bring to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with the tagliatelle. Enjoy!

Salad with Mushrooms and Bacon

Salad with Mushrooms and Bacon
Ingredients: 100 grams bacon, 175 grams small mushrooms, 1 garlic clove, thyme, salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon oil, 1 dash of lemon juice, 300 grams mixed lettuce,

Bake in a frying pan 100 grams slices bacon untilcrisp. Remove from the pan and cut it fine. Mix 175 grams of small mushrooms with 1 finely chopped garlic clove, thyme, salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon oil. Cook the mushrooms in about 5 minutes until softened. Add 1 dash of lemon juice. Mix the mushrooms with the bacon with 300 grams of mixed lettuce. Enjoy!

Goulash

Goulash
Ingredients: rice, 300 grams slices beef, salt, pepper, 1 onion, 500 grams tomatoes, 2 tablespoons paprika, 100 ml red wine, 500 ml stock, 50 ml cream, lemon juice,

Boil the rice according pack instructions. Season 300 grams slices beef with salt and pepper. Cook the beef in hot oil until brown. Scoop the meat from the pan. Bake in remaining oil 1 chopped onion, 500 grams diced tomatoes and 2 tablespoons paprika. Stir well. Add 100 ml red wine. Bring to the boil and let the alcohol evaporate. Add 500 ml stock to bring back to the boil. Put the slices beef back into the pan. Lower the heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes. Finally, add 50 ml cream and a dash of lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper if necessary. Serve goulash with rice. Enjoy!

Tomato Leek Quiche

Tomato Leek Quiche
Ingredients: 1 leek, 250 grams cherry tomatoes, 250 grams mascarpone, 2 eggs, lemon juice, salt, pepper, thyme,

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees (fan). Make 1 leek clean and cut them into pieces of 5 cm. Cut the leeks into strips. Blanch the leeks in boiling water with some salt. Cut 250 grams cherry tomatoes in halves. Make a mixture of 250 grams mascarpone, 2 eggs, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pour off the leeks and rinse it with cold water. Coat a greased pie tin with ready-to-eat savoury pie dough. Prick holes in the soil. Put the leeks in the pie tin. Pour the mascarpone mixture on it. Place the cherry tomatoes on the top of the mascarpone. Sprinkle thyme to taste. Put the pie tin approximately 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Let the quiche cool slightly. Enjoy!

Rice with Chicken and Apple

Ingredients: rice, chicken breasts, salt, pepper, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, 1 yellow pepper, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon curry powder, 2 apples,

Boil the rice according to the packinstructions. Cut 1 chicken breast into cubes and season it with salt and pepper. Bake in hot oil 1 chopped onion, 1 finely chopped garlic clove, 1 chopped yellow pepper, 1 dash of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon curry powder until the onion and pepper are soft. Add the chicken breast and 2 peeled and diced apple (preferably Granny Smith). Stir fry 5 minutes. Then lower the heat and let it simmer for about 15 minutes. Serve the chicken and apple with the rice. Enjoy!

Meatballs with Curry Sauce

Ingredients: 600 grams minced pork, 1 onion, 1 egg, 50 grams breadcrumbs, 1 teaspoon sambal, ginger powder, curry powder, salt, pepper, coriander, 3 tablespoons mild curry paste, 4 tomatoes, 200 ml coconut milk, 200 ml chicken stock, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, brown sugar,

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees. Mix 600 grams minced pork with 1 finely chopped onion, 1 egg, about 50 grams breadcrumbs, 1 teaspoon sambal, ginger powder, cury powder, salt, pepper, coriander. Make about 28 balls. Rub a baking tray with oil and lay the meatballs in it. Put the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake the meatballs in about 15 minutes brown. Make the curry sauce. Heat oil on a moderate heat and add 3 tablespoons mild curry paste (such as Patak’s) and ginger pwoder. Bake for about 1 minute. Add 4 chopped tomatoes and bake it again 2 minutes. Then add 200 ml coconut milk and 200 ml chicken stock. Bring it to the boil. Then lower the heat and let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes. Then put the meatballs in the curry sauce and let the sauce still simmer for about 20 minutes on a low heat. Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice and a bit of brown sugar. Finally sprinkle chopped peanuts and coriander over it. Serve with rice! Enjoy!
