It’s been a while since I have been to IKEA even longer since I’ve eaten Swedish meatballs with cream sauce and lingonberries. Time to make it yourself, without manual with pictures and luckily no ingredient left over! The cranberry and cream sauce are also sufficient for even more meatballs than the 14 that I made!

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celcius. Bak 2 ciabatta loaves place in the preheated oven. Let the ciabatta loaves cool. Bake 4 portobello mushrooms brown on both sides in hot butter. Place the portobello mushrooms in a baking dish. Fill with grated cheese and some thyme. Put the portobello mushrooms about 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Bake for 10 slices bacon crispy. Scoop out the bacon from the pan. Bake the pear halves in the hot butter. Meanwhile, mix 125 grams cottage cheese with 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Season to tast with salt and pepper Cut the portobello mushrooms and pears in pieces. Garnish with the ciabatta slices bacon, sliced tomatoes, portobello mushrooms and pear. Spread the cottage cheese over it. Serve with a salad. Enjoy!

Wash strawberries and remove the crown of the strawberry. Mash the strawberries in a blender. Add 300 ml cream, 100 grams icing sugar and a dash of lemon juice. Mix until there are no more lumps in it. Put the ice machine on. Pour the “strawberry cream” in the icemaker. Turn off the icemaker after about 30 minutes (when you don’t have a Magimix, look in the manual of your ice machine). Put the icecream in a sealable container and put it in the freezer for a while so it thickens more. Serve with fresh whipped cream. Enjoy!
