Ingredients: 3 tablespoons soy sauce, ginger powder, 1/2 tablespoon honey, Chinese five spice powder, 1 teaspoon chilli jam, 1 chicken breast, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 125 grams bean sprouts, lettuce leaves, 1/2 cucumber, 4 tortilla wraps,

Make a marinade with 3 tablespoons soy sauce, ginger powder, 1 2 tablespoon honey, some Chinese five-spice powder and 1 teaspoon chilli jam. Marinate 1 diced chicken breast and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. Bake 1 chopped onion until soft. Add the chicken and fry brown. Add 1 diced carrot and cook 3 minutes. Finally, add 125 grams bean sprouts and stir fry briefly. Heat 4 tortilla wraps according pack instructions. Siege the wraps with lettuce leaves and cucumber slices. Spoon the chicken mixture on it and fold and close the wraps like an envelope. Enjoy!

Boil the potatoes in their skin in salted water about 10 minutes. Drain the potatoes and let the potatoes cool. Make a marinade of 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 tablespoon mustard. Spoon the potatoes through the honey-mustard mixture. Put the potatoes on skewers. Grill the potatoes on the bbq. Enjoy!

Make a marinade of 4 tablespoons tomato ketchup, 1 tablespoon honey, 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce, few drops tabasco sauce, 2 teaspoons mustard, 1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed. Cut 2 chicken breasts into cubes and marinate it in the marinade. Let the chicken marinate at least 2 hours, preferably longer. Thread the chicken on skewers. Grill the chicken skewers on the bbq. Enjoy!

Ingredients: noodles, 2 leeks, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar, 50 ml white wine, 1 dessert spoon tomato puree, coriander powder, 50 grams cashew nuts,

Cook the noodles according pack instructions. Fry on medium heat in butter 2 sliced leeks until the leek is soft. Add 1 tablespoon honey and cook the leeks about 5 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar and let the vinegar evaporate. Add 50 ml white wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Then add 1 dessert spoon tomato puree and coriander powder to taste. Finally add 50 grams cashew nuts. Warm well. Serve with noodles. Enjoy!

Ingredients: noodles, 1 chicken breast, salt, pepper, Chinese five spice, 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil, 2 garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon chilli jam, 1 red pepper, 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 4 spring onions,

Cook the noodles according pack instructions. Sprinkle 1 diced chicken breast with salt, pepper and Chinese five spice. Cook the diced chicken breast in hot oil brown. Scoop the diced chicken breast from the pan. Put 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil in the pan and fry 2 finely chopped garlic cloves with 1 tablespoon chilli jam until the garlic smell. Add 1 sliced red pepper and cook a minute or 5. Meanwhile, make sauce with 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce, 1 tablespoon honey and 1 tablespoon brown sugar. Put the diced chicken back in the pan and add 4 sliced spring onions. Stir in the noodles and the sauce as well. Warm well. Enjoy!
