Cook the rice according pack instructions. Bake 1 chopped onion with 2 finely chopped garlic gloves, galangal, ginger powder, cinnamon and 2 teaspoons chilli jam until the onion is soft. Add 2 sliced pork escalopes and fry them brown. Add 1 red and 1 yellow pepper (chopped) and stir fry 5 minutes. Add 200 ml beef stock and let it reduce a little. Add 100 ml sweet soy sauce and let it simmer a few minutes. Serve with rice. Enjoy!

Marinate 1 pork tenderloin in this at least one night. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Place the pork tenderloin in an ovenproof dish (without the marinade). Add 3 tablespoons light soy sauce, 3 tablespoons oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon vinegar and 1 teaspoon sugar. Stir well. Stir at last 3 sliced spring onions in. Serve the snow peas with noodles. Make a marinade with 3 tablespoons soy sauce, ginger powder, 1 2 tablespoon honey, some Chinese five-spice powder and 1 teaspoon chilli jam. Marinate 1 diced chicken breast and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. Bake 1 chopped onion until soft. Add the chicken and fry brown. Add 1 diced carrot and cook 3 minutes. Finally, add 125 grams bean sprouts and stir fry briefly. Heat 4 tortilla wraps according pack instructions. Siege the wraps with lettuce leaves and cucumber slices.
