Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Season with salt and pepper 3 chicken breasts and cook the chicken around brown in hot butter. Boil fresh pasta as perline or tortelini in boiling water with some salt in 4 minutes al dente. Personally, I had perline with cheese filling. Drain and rinse with cold water. Put the cold pasta in a bowl. Cut 3 gherkins and 3 sun-dried tomatoes finely. Put this together with 200 grams lettuche with the pasta. Mix well and sprinkle with balsamic vinegar. Enjoy!

Boil the rice according to the pack instructions. Marinate 250 grams pork with 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon rice wine and 1 tablespoon brown sugar. Let marinate at least 15 minutes. Bake in hot oil until the marinated pork until brown and scoop it from the pan. Bake in the remaining oil 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped green pepper, 1 chopped yellow pepper and 3 sliced gherkins. Stir fry about a minute or 2. Add 5 tablespoons water, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar and 5 tablespoons tomato ketchup. Season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer for about 20 minutes on low heat.
