
Ingredients: pasta, salt, 100 grams chorizo, 1 onion, 250 grams endive, 250 ml cream, 100 grams grated cheese,

Cook the pasta al dente in boiling salted water. Bake 100 gram diced chorizo with 1 chopped onion until the onion is soft. Add 250 grams chopped endive. Stir until the endive is shrunk. Add 250 ml cream and 100 grams grated cheese. Let the cheese melt. Serve the endive with the pasta. Enjoy!
