Preheat the oven at 200 degrees. Mix 600 grams minced pork with 1 finely chopped onion, 1 egg, about 50 grams breadcrumbs, 1 teaspoon sambal, ginger powder, cury powder, salt, pepper, coriander. Make about 28 balls. Rub a baking tray with oil and lay the meatballs in it. Put the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake the meatballs in about 15 minutes brown. Make the curry sauce.
