Chicken Shawarma Sandwich with Green Beans

Ingredients: 4 pitta breads, 1 large chicken breast, curry powder, cumin powder, ginger powder, salt, 1 onion, 1 jar green beans, 2 tablespoons low-fat yogurt, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 garlic clove, lettuce, pickles,

Bake 4 pita breads according to pack instructions. Let the pita bread to cool slightly. Cut 1 chicken breast into cubes. Sprinkle with curry powder, cumin powder, a little ginger and a little salt. Meanwhile, fry 1 chopped onion until the onion is soft. Add the diced chicken and fry the chicken brown. Add 1 jar green beans (drained). Heat through thoroughly. Meanwhile, make the garlic sauce. Mix 2 tablespoons low-fat yogurt with 2 tablespoons mayonnaise and 1 crushed or finely chopped garlic clove. Top the pita with some lettuce and pickle slices. Siege with the chicken and green beans. Ingredients: 1 chicken breast, 2 onions, 500 grams minced beef, 2 eggs, 5 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 1 tablespoon mustard, salt, pepper, cumin powder, coriander powder, cloves, nutmeg, chili powder, 6 tablespoons breadcrumbs,

Cut 1 chicken breast with 2 onions finely in a food processor. Add to the food processor 500 grams minced beef, 2 eggs, 5 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 1 tablespoon mustard, salt, pepper, cumin powder, coriander powder, cloves, nutmeg, chili powder and 6 tablespoons breadcrumbs, mix for a while. Put it in a bowl. Cover it and put it in the refrigerator for at least a few hours. Cut a disposable piping bag open so that you have exactly the diameter of a frikandel. Put the minced beef into the piping bag and make the frikandellen. Place the frikandellen in hot water, leave it for about 5 to 10 minutes. Then remove them with a slotted spoon. Let the frikandellen cool. Bake frikandellen in the fryer (if you have one) or like me in a frying pan with a thick layer of oil to the frikandels brown. We had fries from the Actifry and a salad with it. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 60 ml Greek yoghurt, 3 garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon chilli jam, lemon juice, 1/2 tablespoon ginger powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala, black pepper, 1 tin tomato puree, 2 chicken breasts,

Make a marinade of 60 ml Greek yogurt, 3 finely chopped garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon chilli jam, lemon juice, 1/2 tablespoon ginger powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala, black pepper and 1 tin tomato puree. Marinate 2 chicken breasts, cut into large chunks, for at least 4 hours.
Preheat the oven to maximum (220 degrees). Put the marinated chicken in a baking dish. Place the baking dish about 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Serve with naan bread. Enjoy!
Beef Enchilladas

Ingredients: 250 grams minced beef, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, 250 grams mushrooms, chilli powder, cumin powder, dried oregano, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 tin tomato puree, 6 tortilla wraps, grated cheese,

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Bake 250 grams minced beef brown and loose. Add 1 chopped onion and 1 finely chopped garlic clove. Bake until the onion is soft. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms and fry until the mushrooms are soft. Season to taste with chili powder, cumin powder and dried oregano. Add 1 can diced tomatoes and 1 tin tomato puree. Season with salt. Heat a few moments. Siege 6 wraps with the beef mixture and place the wraps in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle grated cheese over. Place the ovenproof dish about 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Enjoy!
Couscous with Chicken Breast and Beans

Ingredients: couscous, 1 chicken breast, salt, pepper, honey, cinnamon, cumin powder, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 chicken stock cube, 200 grams green beans, lemon juice,

Prepare the couscous according pack instructions. Season 1 diced chicken breast with salt and pepper. Fry the chicken cubes with 1 tablespoon honey around brown in hot oil. Season to taste with cinnamon and cumin powder and fry briefly. Add 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 crumbled chicken stock cube and 200 grams green beans. Leave to simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. Serve with couscous. Enjoy!
