Ingredients: 2 pork escalopes, kebab spices, salt, 2 onions, 1 red pepper, 1 yellow pepper, 1 green pepper, 6 tortilla wraps, garlic sauce, lettuce, cucumber,

Sprinkle 2 pork escalopes with kebab spices and salt. Cook the pork escalope strips brown in hot oil. Add 2 chopped onions and stir fry until the onions are soft. Add a chopped red, yellow and green pepper. Stir fry until the peppers are soft. Heat the tortilla wraps according pack instructions in the microwave. Brush the wraps with garlic sauce. Cover with lettuce leaves and cucumber slices . Spoon the shoarma on. Fold the tortilla. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 3 tablespoons soy sauce, ginger powder, 1/2 tablespoon honey, Chinese five spice powder, 1 teaspoon chilli jam, 1 chicken breast, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 125 grams bean sprouts, lettuce leaves, 1/2 cucumber, 4 tortilla wraps,

Make a marinade with 3 tablespoons soy sauce, ginger powder, 1 2 tablespoon honey, some Chinese five-spice powder and 1 teaspoon chilli jam. Marinate 1 diced chicken breast and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. Bake 1 chopped onion until soft. Add the chicken and fry brown. Add 1 diced carrot and cook 3 minutes. Finally, add 125 grams bean sprouts and stir fry briefly. Heat 4 tortilla wraps according pack instructions. Siege the wraps with lettuce leaves and cucumber slices. Spoon the chicken mixture on it and fold and close the wraps like an envelope. Enjoy!

Boil the noodles following pack instructions. Bake 1 chopped onion and 1 sliced orange pepper to the soft. Add 50 grams cashew nuts and fry them briefly. Pour the noodles and put it together with 1/2 sliced cucumber to the onion and pepper. Bring to taste with 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce and a dash of lime juice. Enjoy!

Put the lettuce in a bowl. Add 150 grams diced chicken breast (already cooked), 100 grams cucumber cut in strips, 1 diced tomato and 50 grams cashew nuts. Make a dressing of 3 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce and 1 teaspoon soy sauce and mix it with the salad. Serve with potatoes for example. Enjoy!

Preheat the oven for the pita breads. Bake the pita breads according the instructions on the packaging. Cut 2 chicken breasts into cubes and season the diced chicken breast with cumin, cinnamon and salt to taste. Bake the diced chicken breast brown in hot oil. Cut the pita bread sopen and fill with lettuce, slices cucumber and some diced chicken breast. Add garlic sauce and serve (pretty easy on a hot summer day!). Enjoy!

Bake 250 gram diced bacon crunchy. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms and cook until it is soft. Add a dash of white wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Leave the bacon and mushrooms to cool down a bit. Add to the lettuce 100 grams sliced cucumber, 2 chooped sundried tomatoes and chives. Serve the salad with warm mushrooms and bacon. If you like add some dressing. Serve with baked potatoes. Enjoy!

Bake in hot oil 1 diced chicken breast. Add 3 sliced spring onions when the chicken breast is brown. Stir fry this about 2 minutes. Meanwhile prepare 4 tortilla wraps,according pack instructions. Cut 1/2 cucumber into cubes. Spread hoisin sauce on the wraps. Place lettuce, cucumber and chicken on the wraps. Fold wraps as an envelope. Enjoy!
