Boil the noodles following pack instructions. Bake 1 chopped onion and 1 sliced orange pepper to the soft. Add 50 grams cashew nuts and fry them briefly. Put the lettuce in a bowl. Add 150 grams diced chicken breast (already cooked), 100 grams cucumber cut in strips, 1 diced tomato and 50 grams cashew nuts. Make a dressing of 3 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce and 1 teaspoon soy sauce and mix it with the salad. Serve with potatoes for example. Enjoy!

Preheat the oven for the pita breads. Bake the pita breads according the instructions on the packaging. Cut 2 chicken breasts into cubes and season the diced chicken breast with cumin, cinnamon and salt to taste. Bake the diced chicken breast brown in hot oil. Cut the pita bread sopen and fill with lettuce, slices cucumber and some diced chicken breast. Add garlic sauce and serve (pretty easy on a hot summer day!). Enjoy!

Bake 250 gram diced bacon crunchy. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms and cook until it is soft. Add a dash of white wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Leave the bacon and mushrooms to cool down a bit. Add to the lettuce 100 grams sliced cucumber, 2 chooped sundried tomatoes and chives. Serve the salad with warm mushrooms and bacon. If you like add some dressing. Serve with baked potatoes. Enjoy!

Bake in hot oil 1 diced chicken breast. Add 3 sliced spring onions when the chicken breast is brown. Stir fry this about 2 minutes. Meanwhile prepare 4 tortilla wraps,according pack instructions. Cut 1/2 cucumber into cubes. Spread hoisin sauce on the wraps. Place lettuce, cucumber and chicken on the wraps. Fold wraps as an envelope. Enjoy!
