It’s been a while since I have been to IKEA even longer since I’ve eaten Swedish meatballs with cream sauce and lingonberries. Time to make it yourself, without manual with pictures and luckily no ingredient left over! The cranberry and cream sauce are also sufficient for even more meatballs than the 14 that I made!

Ingredients: noodles, 300 grams gammon steaks, 1 tablespoon oil, 1 tablespoon rice wine, 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup, 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, pepper, 1 red pepper, 1 leek, 100 grams mushrooms, 500 ml stock, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, some water,

Cook the noodles according to the pack instructions. Bake 300 grams diced gammon steak brown in hot oil. Meanwhile, make a sauce of 1 tablespoon oil, 1 tablespoon rice wine, 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup, 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce and pepper. Add the sauce to the meat and cook over high heat for 2 minutes. Add 1 sliced red pepper, 1 chopped leek and 100 grams sliced mushrooms. Bake for 5 minutes. Add 500 ml Stock. Cook 5 minutes. Meanwhile, make a paste of cornstarch: 1 tablespoon cornstarch with cold water. Add the cornflour paste along with the noodles. Heat through thoroughly. Enjoy!
Ingredients: 2 pork escalopes, 4 slices bacon, 1 apple, 1 small onion, salt, pepper, 1 glass white wine, 250 ml stock, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, little water, 3 tablespoons cream,

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Siege 2 pork escalopes each with 2 slices bacon, 2 apple parts and some finely chopped onion. Fold the pork escalope. Stab it with a toothpick. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fry the pork escalopes brown in hot butter. Place the pork escalopes in a baking dish. Place the baking dish about 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Pour in the remaining butter 1 glass white wine. Allow the alcohol to evaporate. Add 250 ml stock. Bring to the boil and let the sauce thicken slightly. Meanwhile, make a paste of 1 tablespoon cornstarch and a little water. Pour the cornstarch paste into the sauce. Stir well. Finally, add 3 tablespoons cream. Warm the sauce well. Serve the stuffed pork escalopes with the sauce. Enjoy!

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Mix 200 grams almond flour with 200 grams sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, 1 tablespoon cornstarch and 10 grams lemon sugar. Mix 2 egg whites to foam and gradually add 200 grams sugar. Then gradually mix the almond mixture into the egg foam. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon to make balls of the almond dough and place on the baking sheet. Press the balls a little. Put the baking sheet in the oven. Bake the biscotti for about 20 minutes until brown. Let the biscotti cool. Enjoy!
Ingredients: rice, 1 onion, 1 teaspoon chilli jam, 1 pork escalope, 1 yellow pepper, 1 orange pepper, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 2 tablespoons Japanese soy sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, 6 tablespoons water

Cook the rice according packinstructions. Bake 1 chopped onion with 1 teaspoon chilli jam until the onion is soft. Add 1 sliced pork escalope and fry briefly. Add 1 yellow and 1 orange sliced pepper and stir 5 minutes. Meanwhile, make the sauce with 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 2 tablespoons Japanese soy sauce, 2 tablespoons honey and 6 tablespoons water. Add the sauce to the peppers and cook it well. Serve with rice. Enjoy!

Cook the rice according pack instructions. Cook 100 grams snow peas until al dente, drain and keep aside. Fry in hot oil 1 diced chicken breast until browned. Add 1 chopped onion and 3 chopped spring onions. Bake until the onion is soft. Add 125 grams sliced mushrooms and cook until the mushrooms are soft. Meanwhile, make a sauce with 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sesame oil, 100 ml water and 1 tablespoon cornstarch. Add the snow peas to the chicken and add the sauce with 1 chicken stock cube and 2 sliced bananas. Heat through thoroughly. Serve with rice. Enjoy!
