Cook the spaghetti al dente in boiling salted water. Bake 1 chopped onion in hot butter with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and some thyme until the onion is soft. Add 5 diced tomatoes. Stir and add 1 can diced tomatoes and 1 tin tomato puree. Crumble 1 stock cube above and add 3 sliced spring onions. Let the sauce simmer on medium heat. If the sauce is too thin add a paste of 1 tablespoon cornstarch and a little cold water. Stir well and heat through. Serve with spaghetti and grated cheese. Enjoy!
