Ingredients: 1 chicken breast, 2 onions, 500 grams minced beef, 2 eggs, 5 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 1 tablespoon mustard, salt, pepper, cumin powder, coriander powder, cloves, nutmeg, chili powder, 6 tablespoons breadcrumbs,

Number of frikandellen: 10

Cut 1 chicken breast with 2 onions finely in a food processor. Add to the food processor 500 grams minced beef, 2 eggs, 5 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 1 tablespoon mustard, salt, pepper, cumin powder, coriander powder, cloves, nutmeg, chili powder and 6 tablespoons breadcrumbs, mix for a while. Put it in a bowl. Cover it and put it in the refrigerator for at least a few hours. Cut a disposable piping bag open so that you have exactly the diameter of a frikandel. Put the minced beef into the piping bag and make the frikandellen. Place the frikandellen in hot water, leave it for about 5 to 10 minutes. Then remove them with a slotted spoon. Let the frikandellen cool. Bake frikandellen in the fryer (if you have one) or like me in a frying pan with a thick layer of oil to the frikandels brown. We had fries from the Actifry and a salad with it. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 60 ml Greek yoghurt, 3 garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon chilli jam, lemon juice, 1/2 tablespoon ginger powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala, black pepper, 1 tin tomato puree, 2 chicken breasts,

Number of persons: 2

Make a marinade of 60 ml Greek yogurt, 3 finely chopped garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon chilli jam, lemon juice, 1/2 tablespoon ginger powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala, black pepper and 1 tin tomato puree. Marinate 2 chicken breasts, cut into large chunks, for at least 4 hours.

Preheat the oven to maximum (220 degrees). Put the marinated chicken in a baking dish. Place the baking dish about 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Serve with naan bread. Enjoy!

Fry 2 chopped onions wit 6 finely chopped garlic cloves and 250 grams diced bacon until the onion is soft. Add coriander powder, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg to taste and cook briefly. Gradually add the cold rice and stir well. Beat 3 eggs and pour in the rice. Stir fry until the eggs start to solidify. Season the rice with soy sauce and sambal.

Babi Tjien
Ingredients: 700 grams pork belly, 1 onion, 3 garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon black bean sauce, 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 50 ml water, ginger powder, coriander powder, mini chips

Fry in hot oil 700 grams diced pork belly crispy and brown (remove any excess fat away during baking). Spoon the pork belly from the pan and fry in the remaining fat 1 chopped onion with 3 finely chopped garlic cloves until the onion is soft. Add 1 tablespoon black bean sauce, 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 50 ml water, ginger powder and coriander powder to taste. Stir well to a nice sauce. Put the pork belly back into the pan and stir into the sauce. Leave on low heat for 5 minutes to heat through. Sprinkle the babi tjien with some mini chips.

Frikadel Pan
Ingredients: 125 ml milk, 1 stock cube, 500 grams minced beef, 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce, 2 tablespoons mashed potatoes, 2 eggs, nutmeg, ground cloves,

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Heat 125 ml milk and dissolve 1 stock cube in it. Let the milk cool. Mix 500 grams minced beef with 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce, 2 tablespoons mashed potatoes, 2 beaten eggs, nutmeg, cloves and the milk. Put the meat in a greased baking dish. Place the baking dish about 40 minutes in the preheated oven.

Ingredients: 1 onion, 2 cloves garlic, 100 ml sweet soy sauce, nutmeg, ground cloves, 1 smoked sausage,

Bake 1 chopped onion with 2 finely chopped garlic cloves until the onion is soft. Season with nutmeg and ground cloves and fry the spices briefly. Add 100 ml sweet soy sauce. Reduce the heat and place the smoked sausage in the sauce. Let it braise for about 20 minutes on low heat. Enjoy!

Ingredients: noodles, 2 leeks, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar, 50 ml white wine, 1 dessert spoon tomato puree, coriander powder, 50 grams cashew nuts,

Cook the noodles according pack instructions. Fry on medium heat in butter 2 sliced leeks until the leek is soft. Add 1 tablespoon honey and cook the leeks about 5 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar and let the vinegar evaporate. Add 50 ml white wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Then add 1 dessert spoon tomato puree and coriander powder to taste. Finally add 50 grams cashew nuts. Warm well. Serve with noodles. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 600 grams beef, salt, pepper, 600 grams onions, 4 garlic cloves, 2 teaspoons chilli jam, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 tablespoon curry powder, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 6 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 400 ml broth, 1 bay leaf,

Number of persons: 3

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Cut 600 grams beef in large dices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fry the meat in batches brown in hot butter. Scoop it from the pan. Bake in the remaining fat 600 grams chopped onions, 4 minced garlic cloves and 2 teaspoons chilli jam. Bake until the onions have softened. Season the onions with 1 teaspoon coriander powder and 1 tablespoon curry powder. Put the meat back into the pan. Add 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 tablespoon flour, stir well. Then add 2 tablespoons vinegar, 6 tablespoons sweet soy sauce and 400 ml broth to. Bring all to boil briefly. Add a bay leaf to the pan, put the lid on and put the pan about 2 hours in the preheated oven. The pan may have uncovered 10 minutes on the fire to thicken the sauce. Serve the Indian stew with rice. Mix 150 ml Greek yogurt with 3 finely chopped garlic cloves, 2 teaspoons paprika, 2 teaspoons chili powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 2 teaspoons ginger powder and a dash of lemon juice. Cut 2 chicken breasts into cubes and stir it with the yogurt marinade. Cover the bowl well and let the chicken marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and fry the marinated chicken until cooked in about 20 minutes.

Ingredients: 1 onion, 1 teaspoon cardamom, 1 garlic clove, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon chilli powder, 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar, 250 ml cream, 2 tablespoons chopped almonds,

Fry in hot oil 1 finely chopped onion with 1 teaspoon cardamom until the onion has browned. Add 1 finely chopped garlic clove and fry 1 minutes. Add 1 can diced tomatoes and let it thicken up to half. Then add 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon chilli powder, 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar, 250 ml cream, 2 tablespoons chopped almonds and the Chicken Tikka and heat 5 more minutes.

Serve with rice or naan bread. Enjoy!

Ingredients: noodles, 1 chicken breast, 1 egg white, 1/2 tablespoon flour, 2 tablespoons water, 1 garlic clove, 1 teaspoon chilli jam, 3 tablespoons black bean sauce, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon white wine, mint, coriander powder, ginger powder, lemon grass powder, 1 onion , 1 red pepper, 1 green pepper, 3 spring onions, 150 grams mushrooms,

Number of persons: 3

Cook the noodles according pack instructions. Mix 1 egg white with 1/2 tablespoon flour and 2 tablespoons water. Cut 1 chicken breast into cubes. Mix the diced chicken breasts with the egg mixture. Leave it. Make the wok sauce. Mix 1 finely chopped garlic clove, 1 teaspoon chili jam, 3 tablespoons black bean sauce, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon white wine and to taste mint, coriander powder, ginger powder and lemon grass powder. Fry the diced chicken around brown in hot oil. Remove the diced chicken from the pan and keep aside. Fry 1 sliced onion, 1 sliced red pepper, 1 chopped green pepper, 3 sliced spring onions and 150 grams sliced mushrooms over high heat. Add the noodles and diced chicken and stir a bit. Stir the wok sauce in and fry briefly. Enjoy!
