Covered Apple Pie Covered Apple Pie
Ingredients: 100 grams sugar, 200 grams butter, 300 grams flour, 3 Jonagold apples, cinnamon, cookie spice, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 dash lemon juice, apple spread, 150 grams butter 150 grams sugar, 3 eggs, 150 grams of flour, 1 bag cinnamon sugar , cookie spices,

Knead 100 grams sugar, 200 grams soft butter and 300 grams flour until you have a dough. In the beginning, remains enormously crumble, but if you’re going through it will be a good dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap. Let the dough rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Grease a spring form of 22 centimeter and cover with the dough.

Peel 3 Jonagold apples, remove the core and cut apples into cubes. Mix the apples with cinnamon, cookie spice, 2 tablespoons sugar and a dash of lemon juice. Allow the apples to rest 10 minutes and do it in the spring form. Brush the apples with a little apple spread.

Make a cake batter. Mix 150 grams sugar with 150 grams butter. Add graddually 3 eggs and mix to a light and airy batter. Add 150 grams flour, 1 bag of cinnamon sugar and cookie spices. Mix to a good batter. Cover the apples with the cake batter. Place the apple pie about 1 hour in the preheated oven. Enjoy!

Quatre Quarts Cake with Cookie Spices
Time for a cake to bake with cookie spices. It was a ‘Quatre Quarts Cake’, a cake consisting of 4 equal parts. See the ingredients for the exact amounts.

Ingredients: 4 eggs, 250 grams sugar, 250 grams butter, 250 grams flour, 1 pinch salt, 1 sachet vanilla sugar, 1 tablespoon cookie spices,

Preheat the oven at 170 degrees. Mix 4 eggs with 250 grams of sugar until you have a creamy mixture. This could take several minutes before you get this creamy mixture. Melt 250 grams butter. Add to the creamy egg mixture 250 grams flour, melted butter, a pinch of salt and 1 sachet vanilla sugar. Mix this with a whisk to a good batter. Pour half the batter in a greased and floured cake tin. Mix the remaining batter with 1 tablespoon cookie spices. Mix this well with the batter. Pour this batter also in the cake tin. Put it cake tin approximately 60 minutes in the preheated oven. Let the cake cool well before you get it from the cake tin. Enjoy!

Preheat the oven at 160 degrees. Peel 2 apples and cut them into small cubes. Mix it with mixed nuts, raisins, brown sugar and cookie spices. Grease 3 mini springforms with butter. Roll the dough into thin rags and line in the springforms. Scoop the apple mixture in it. Make with leftover dough a grid on the apple pie. Place the springforms in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes. Let the mini apple pies cool. Serve with a scoop of ice. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 2 apples, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, rasins, 1 tablespoon cookie spices, 250 grams sugar, 250 grams butter, 4 eggs, 250 grams flour, 1 sachet vanilla sugar,

Peel 2 apples, and cut it into small cubes. Pour a little lemon juice, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, a small handful of raisins and 1 tablespoon cookie spices. Mix 250 grams of sugar and 250 grams of butter until the butter has softened. Then add gradually 4 eggs while mixing. Add 250 grams of plain flour and 1 sachet vanilla sugar. Again mix well. Place the paper cupcakes in a muffintray. Pour a small amount of batter in each cupcake. Then add some of the apple mixture and then cover it with batter, so you no longer see the apple mixture. Place the muffintray in the preheated oven at 160 degrees (fan) for about 35 minutes. Let the apple pie cupcakes cool down before you attack! Enjoy!
